[OFFERED][US] Book: Knitting for Dogs by Kristi Porter
I don't like dogs and somehow got this from a friend. I am willing to entertain any books that are for throws/afghans.

Submit your trade confirmations below
Note: Trade confirmations may take a few minutes as the bot processes the confirmation.
After completing a trade, adhering to the rules listed above, either party involved should make a top-level comment (i.e., comment on the post, not on someone else's comment) declaring the trade. In this comment, tag the other Redditor by typing their username, including the leading u/
. This action serves a dual purpose: it notifies the other Redditor to confirm the trade, and it alerts u/YarnSwapper
to monitor for the confirmation. The other Redditor should then reply to this comment (i.e., do not create another top-level comment; instead, reply to the initial comment) to indicate that the trade was successful.
Important: It's advisable to WAIT until the trade is successfully completed—meaning all money/items have been properly exchanged—before posting your confirmation.
Example:
u/NitroFish44
comments: Sold yarn to u/thisisreallytricky
u/thisisreallytricky
replies: Confirmed! I'm going to make my dog a sweater with it! She'll look so cute!
u/YarnSwapper
replies to u/thisisreallytricky
's comment indicating that their trade counts have been updated.
If this occurs, it suggests that the bot couldn't find enough information to confirm the trade. Please message the moderators, who can review and approve the trade by replying
Approved
to your trade comment.
Did you comment
Confirmed
? If not, add a NEW comment reply statingConfirmed
. Avoid editing the existing comment. If you did replyConfirmed
but received no response, please message the moderators. The bot might be experiencing issues!
You should post them separately, individually tagging each Redditor. The bot does NOT allow batch confirmations. If you tag multiple users, whoever responds first will be the only user who is able to confirm. Any other user who attempts to do so will receive a message that the trade was already confirmed.
Yes; you have 60 days after starting a transaction during which the bot will automatically accept a trade confirmation. If the trade is older than 60 days, you might be asked by the bot to message the moderators. Feel free to post again in the current month's trade thread even for a previous month.

Hi! My go to sock yarn for years has been Kroy Patons since it’s been easy to find, usually on sale, & most importantly, has held up beautifully being washed/dried/worn to death by my husband! My local store stopped carrying it, however, & I’m on my last 2 skeins.
If anyone has any Kroy Patons sock yarn sitting in their stash, I’d love to take it off your hands! Color doesn’t matter, would love a pair of skeins but one is perfectly fine too.
Side note, if anyone has a recommendation for other sock yarns that hold up as well, I’m all ears! I have some KnitPicks Stroll that is nice to knit with but felts really badly even when handwashing, & the cables I spent hours on look awful now 😭
Thanks much!
Edit: forgot to add, I was mostly looking to purchase! I keep a pretty small stash so I’m not sure how much trading fodder I have, but if there’s something you’re looking for, feel free to let me know, we may get lucky 😂
I just need one, maybe two balls at the most but it’s been back ordered on the website for almost two months now.
Lot 1: Iinouiio recycled wool, DK, 3.5 balls ~ 450 yards: $20
Lot 2: Berroco Providence in 1107 Ives, 65% merino + 20% baby alpaca + 15% silk, DK, 4.5 balls ~ 850 yards: $25
Will offer $5 flat rate shipping in the US.
1 full skein (around 5oz), with the rest being half skeins (around 2oz each) for a total of 1lb 5oz of Bulky handspun yarn.
From a non-smoking, cat-friendly (not near yarn) home. If interested, send a message with an offer!
I’m running out of yarn but I need a little bit more to finish my project. From Canada would be best.
I’ve discovered that I love it!!! Anything you are willing to part with below retail preferred. :)
I have green and purple red heart symphony of the same type and cannot find anything similar in a white. Anyone have any to sell, or trade, or for me to look? Would need at least 10 skeins.
My beloved cable knit sweater met it's felted doom in the wash so I am looking to get another amount of aran weight yarn to make another one. Would need about 600 grams or close to 1500 yards
I would prefer wool or a wool blend, color doesn't really matter but would not mind variegated, tweed etc.
So if you been hanging on to that yarn to make that Irish cable knit sweater but doubt if you'll ever get around to it, I would love to give it a go. Thanks!
