Just dropped my bike (‘24 R125) off for its 2nd service. Was told it’ll need to stay with them overnight due to valve clearance being needed.

My question is, the 2nd service is due at 3500 miles, and I’ve taken it to them at about 4400 miles. Should I expect an increase in the price I’ll be paying because of that?

Does anybody now a good seller/manufacturer for aftermarket fairings with a decent quality and fit? Looking for some for my 2024 R1, appreciate every reference

I've learnt to ride on my grandads ktm exc500f, however as I live in Britain and the bike laws are aweful, I've had to buy a 50 as a first bike. I thought it'd be a slow thing but boy does my dt pull, she's meant to be restricted but I think someone at some points done a little tinkering. I love it, like actually adore it, never going to sell her I can tell you that. What does everyone think?

I had a pretty bad rollover in a 2022 kodiak 700 at about 30 mph and we were driving the quad and it was running fine and now it threw check engine light and niw it turnsover over but doesnt start i have no clue how to work on these quads and need help please help

I got a Kodiak that I’ve had for years, always ran great till last night. Went out riding and it kept bogging like it was low on fuel and stalled a few times at idle but started back up. It died on me while driving and wouldn’t start, acting like it had no gas but I have half a tank. I drained some gas from the bowl of the carb today and it started up after a few secs of runnin the starter and then after sitting for five min it refuses to start back up, any ideas?

I just got my son a yz 125. He’s having an issue with his boot being a tight fit while shifting. Is there any way to adjust the lever? Seems like if it was just a tad longer it work fix the issues. Any advice appreciated we are still learning.

I have a 2023 R3 and I installed a delkevic slip on exhaust. My bike has lost power mainly in gears 3-4 in low to mid range rpm’s and the exhaust doesn’t sound right unless in gears 1 and 2 or unless in high rpm’s. I’ve been doing some research but I’m not the most mechanically knowledgeable and am confused as to why this could be happening. I’ve been reading a lot of conflicting things online about possibly needing a fuel enricher, flashing the ecu oand getting a o2 sensor eliminator kit. I don’t want to spend money on something that won’t address the issues and I’m hoping someone here might have some ideas on what could be causing this and what I should do moving forward.

I know Yamaha says first 0-10 hours to keep it under half throttle then 10-20 hours it’s 3/4 throttle. I live in Minnesota it is 5 degrees here rn and I’m just curious if I should be doing anything differently to break in during cold temps or just go with what Yamaha says. Not sure if cold weather would change anything or what but any help or tips would be greatly appreciated!

Hey all, I just got a 2024 mt09. I come from riding a Harley sportster and have about 8k miles of riding history. I always wanted something quicker and made my mind up on the mt09, any pieces of advice on the riding difference between a cruiser and a mt? Getting used to the feel of it but I’m wondering what y’all’s input is.

So, I own the NMax 125 for a little bit more than 3 years and lately I started to have issues when I try to unlock the bike with the smart key after 4-5 days of non-use. Sometimes it takes 2 trys....others even more.

I've checked the battery of the bike and it properly displays the 12v when I start it and goes to 14+ when giving some gas. I took a ride of 25km this morning and when I tried to unlock it this afternoon just for a quick check, again it needed a couple of trys to start it and checked again the battery in the panel and it displays the 12v... so I don't know what's going on.

Could it be the battery of the smart key or what should I check? The bike passed a full check less than a year ago.

UPDATE: in case if helps anyone...just replaced the battery of the smart key and it works. I noticed the smart key indicator in the panel was blinking for ~20sec(manual says it means the battery is almost gone). With a multimeter I verified the V dropped(even the battery with 2.7v seems not to be enough...)
A new one with 3.3v made it blink for 1 second in the panel.
