I don't know if this is the right subreddit, but I am trying to download Sea of Thieves on my pc through the xbox app on my computer but the download speed is super slow it gets less than a megabit per second. I have an ethernet and the speed test on google says I get around 800 megabits per second. Does anybody know how to fix this.
It shows a mistake on our side.
Whenever i click “preview features” i don’t get the preview features and it turns off as soon as I log out or refresh the page. How do I fix this?

The Microsoft store app is days in an eternal update, at some point in the update there is an error in which it is (0x87e00017)only that games are installing normally less other apps like Bing, prime video and other xbox apps. Someone from the community said that it could be something involving the inside program that I'm part of, but I uninstalled the Xbox insider hub and because of the problem I can't install it again, does anyone know how to help me? When I click preview features it turns on but when I reload the page or sign out it goes back to unchecked; this happens on every device I have. I deleted my account from the insiders program so I’m waiting for it to delete so I can remake an account so see if that will fix it.
I’m currently looking at getting the xbox credit card, but it doesn’t say what country it’s available in and I’m in Australia, witch means 90% of the super cool credit cards like carnival etc I can’t get. I’ve ready all the info on the card and it doesn’t say.
Hello, just wanted to reach out and see if anyone is having a similar issue? Or if anyone knows what can be done to alleviate this problem.
I have an Xbox One X that I use for beta updates, and have noticed that if I have not used my console for a period of time, resting for at least 3 or more hours, the console will fail to boot up.
The console light will turn on, shortly afterwards, fan spin occurs. After about 5 more seconds the power down chime happens and the system shuts down.
Upon my second attempt to boot, the console will operate normally. And can stay on indefinitely without issues.
I have tried a different “new” power supply and it still occurs.
Running on alpha skip ahead.
I do have a 2 TB SSD as an internal drive but that has never been an issue.
It's been 8 months since the rollout began and I never got it on my profile and I'm on the alpha skip ahead builds on console, I don't know if it's a bug or not?
Xbox remote play is displaying in the top left and stretching the rest of the display across the screen, this happened after a good first attempt then this happened every time after. Does anyone know how to fix this(can't attach photo)

Updated to the latest preview (21/04/2024) and now after I launch an app thats installed to my HDD it just loads indefinitely then stops and gives an error for taking to long to load, when I unplug the HDD and reconnect it to the Xbox it will launch an app or game, but once I close it or try to launch a different one it’ll run into the same error until I disconnect the HDD and reconnect it.
So I installed the last alpha skip ahead on to my series s and now it won't turn on. I push the power button it lights up plays chime, sits for a second beeps and turns off.
I have it unplugged now to see if it needs a kick. But?

A few weeks ago I was part of the Insider program, I was in the Omega ring (OS Version 10.0.25398.4086), and my Xbox started having problems recording, I simply couldn't start recording, the "recording started" message appeared, but nothing happened, if I pressed the button again it would appear again the "recording started" message, instead of "recording ended". I exited the program and restored the Xbox, it went back to a previous update (OS Version 10.0.25398.3864) and the recording started working again, but few days ago I had the same problem again, and I went to check the settings and saw that the update that I was using in the Insider program (OS Version 10.0.25398.4086) arrived on my console and now I can't record...
Is anyone having the same problem?
