What to do with my world coins?

So I invested apx 130 usd on the app “Earn WLD” inside the world coin app. But after some days (and a 25 cents profit) my money just vanished. No response from support. Was my first time doing this type of pool, do you guys have any tips about what happened?

I purchased worldcoin using coinbase wallet, I then transferred the worldcoin from my coinbase wallet to my regular coinbase app. when I check on etherscan, it says the transaction was successful. and it shows on coinbase wallet that the coins were sent. The problem is that my coinbase app does not show that I received anything, and on etherscan, it says that the value of the transaction was $0.00. Please let me know if I messed up by trying to transfer to my coinbase account. I believe this coin could be a really good investment and I dont want to lose the money I put into it. By the way, the transaction occurred about 30-45 minutes ago.

ChatGPT, a tool that is continuously fed with our data for free, leaves users with high expectations for an application that lacks any functional user support.

I've been trying to resolve issues by seeking information in forums, as official support, when they do respond, only does so days after a conversation has been initiated. The responses provided are often vague and lead nowhere, making it feel like being trapped in a scam system that mocks users while continuing to collect data without offering any meaningful returns.

Since July 2023, I have been reserving grants in the app, and despite being an early supporter of the project from its launch, my contributions have not been acknowledged.

First, there were issues with the username getting stuck on a screen where it was impossible to proceed as every username entered resulted in an error. Then, there were problems with generating the QR code for verification with the ORB. This was followed by difficulties in accessing my account due to a device change while trying to resolve the initial problems. After resolving the account access issue, the QR code problem reappeared, displaying a message, "Failed to connect to relay!" with an exclamation mark at the end (!).

Given that these issues remain unresolved, it is imperative that Worldcoin allocates a budget to hire an efficient support team to address not only the problems mentioned here but also the issues related to app transfers. If they fail to do so, I urge all those affected and who have wasted over a year on this project to come together and demand the return of our data—both the data within the app and the data scraped by ChatGPT across the web.

In conclusion, I am deeply disappointed by those who claim to prioritize people above all else.

When I open the app, everything loads fine. Then when I try to open the world app inside to collect my monthly coins, it just stalls out. All the other apps inside the main app work fine.

Im getting this fastidious error when I try to generate the QRcode to verify my identity with the Orb. Can someone help me to solve this issue if you have had the same before or have any idea. I've tried to contact support in the worldapp but my messages are not answered since days. The worst service for a company that is bragging about people first.

I used to send my WLD to my binance account... Now when I try to send WLD it just gives me the option to send to my synced contacts which have the app and an account or use a QR code, but I'm pretty sure it means the in-app QR code...
