We were super busy yesterday, and I guess one of the other cashiers handled them. I'm in the middle of helping a customer and she demands I help her NOW! I get her food and her card declines twice. I'm usually soft spoken but I was so loud when I said it.

"I was just using it a minute ago."

"Not my problem ma'am. UNLESS YOU CAN PROVID CASH OR A VALID FORM OF PAYMENT THAT DOESN'T DECLINE, I'm afraid I'm going to have to help the next person." Smile and put her bag back on the rack. She ran to her car to get another card, but I was already helping ten other people. Usually I would wait, but not for her.

Edit: Her card didn't decline, the cash register was just glitching.

What's the best way to get the free sandwich, but not have leftovers. Even if I get the 6 wing combo I feel like adding a sammy would make me uncomfortably stuffed. My wife doesn't like wingstop so we can't share. Any tips?

This was my first time ordering boneless wings from WS. This counted as one of the five I ordered for that flavor. Never again

If you were in charge and could add 3 limited time or permanent flavors. What you adding? Here is mine:

1. Salt and Vinegar - how do they not have this?

2. Hot and Sour - this would be extra tangy as they need something way more tangy than the current options

3. Spicy Garlic Parm - same as the garlic Parm dry rub but with a spice

All previous wednesdays have been free delivery, but today I’m being charged a delivery fee. Tried calling the store but they said they had no idea what’s up. Anyone know what might be going on there? It’s not a service fee, it’s the straight up delivery fee

So, I accidentally placed my order in Houston, while being in a different city. Totally my fault for not checking, but is there a way to get refunded for it? Would you have to call the store or contact someone else?

Have any of you ever done this, if so what did you do? I read a comment elsewhere, where they said they wouldn’t be refunded because the order was already made.

Tried to place a phone order--which I've done many times--to TWO different stores and was told there is a $25 limit on phone orders. I have never encountered this before and I'm so confused. Two meals cost more than that, why the hell would they limit what I'm buying? Anyone else experience this?

i even tried dipping it into my own homemade bbq sauce and sweet chili sauce but the salt was still too much!

Let me tell you something about the sauce. It’s not good if you wanna eat something crunchy with this type of sauce, you could go to panda express and save yourself a whole 16 bucks.

Do yourself a favor and get something classic. I’m thinking maybe a buffalo and then you could probably get a garlic Parmesan too if you want a flavor thats kinda out there and zany.

It’s obvious that the Korean sauce is entirely half baked it doesn’t resemble any sort of actual delicious Korean barbecue that exist in the world, I feel bad for the chickens that lived their whole life just to die to become dipped in the shitty sauce, and I feel worse for the humans that eat them.

It’s just so fucking salty. How do you guys do it? Even dunked in ranch…

Had wingstop at a party for the first time tonight. Absolutely loved the sauce but the person who brought them had left and after looking at their menu I can’t figure out which flavor they were. The flavors were complex, almost like Jamaican Jerk. The only real spice i could pick out was a hint of cinnamon. They were boneless wings if that matters.

This place is a total turn-off!

I just want to buy the sauces for the wings to make my own but im not sure if i can, has anyone tried buying the sauces?
