Searching a small village in Albania
Can you help me (almost impossible)
Hi everyone. I'm looking for this little village in the Albanian mountains about three hours from Elbasan where my father helped some children in 1996. This is the picture from where you can see some mountains shape. I’m sorry but I don’t have many information, as I said it was a small village (about 100 ppl) in the mountains of Albania, 3 hours from elbasan, he went by car on shitty mountains road and he did not remember any important landmark.

My father studied in England in the late 1960s. I think this is in Austria due to the hat on the man on the right, and also because my father had a good friend who married an Austrian and migrated to Austria, so it stands to reason he would have gone to visit his friend at some point.
