I am trying to find a place to buy fudge in Japan so I can have it shipped to my brother fresh instead of week-old mail stale. Does anyone know of any good places in Japan? Maybe near Yokohama?
Hey Everyone, Cross Post from Snakexcchange, I figure other Redditors may want to know. I'll also answer any candy questions if you have any I've talked to "happybadger" who directed me to go ahead and submit a discount code for a promotion we're running exclusively for Redditors. We are a candy company that specializes in nostalgic candies that you aren't necessarily going to see in stores. However, we do carry most modern favorites too! I might be familiar to some of you, as I've posted our site on relevant candy posts.
The discount is for 20% off your purchase, which is twice as high as our typical discounts.
Here's the info:
Website: Candy Crate
Discount code, all lowerspace: reddit
We ship internationally for our foreign candy enthusiasts!
Here's a couple links that will work well with the exchange idea: Candy by the piece or
Candy by the the pound, which is already on sale!
Also: We do a lot of gift items, so you might want to take a look at our gift page
The box in this photo is from a few years ago, so this may not be current packaging. My daughter and I bought these at a Korean market in the past, and she also brought some back from Japan maybe 5 years ago. We've long since eaten them, and I think it would be a good surprise to get some more.
I'm pretty sure it had pop or soda in the name, and I'm not sure if that's from a translation or part of the actual name. I've searched various Japanese products sites and candy vendors, but have had no luck. Does anyone know the name of these, and maybe where I could get some more?
also i'm new to this subreddit, lets get some more candy up here naoplzkthxbai
