I've started wearing my Watch to sleep again after beta 1 to check out the Vitals app. I like the data, but I don't love having to sleep with my Watch on, which makes me wonder if I get something like an Oura or Ultrahuman ring, which reports measurements to the Health app, will they still get collected in the Vitals view within Health? Is there anyone here with both the watchOS beta installed and a third-party health device/smart ring that can confirm?
For example, to control the color of the complications on the Utility watch face. Or, add a date to the Metropolitan watch face dial. Or, to set complications to mono chromatic on most of the watch faces. I would like to use complication color control to have them in the “visual background”. Then, when I glance at the watch the time “jumps out”. If/when I look closer, I can focus on the info in the complications. The lack of control over the complications color makes many of the watch faces look cartoonish.
Does anyone have the same problem with there ‘now playing’ complication??? Ive seen almost nothing on this but its bugging the he’ll out of me
I’m a swimmer: what are the best watchOS improvements for swimmers? Anybody test it?
Question for those brave enough to have watchOS beta on their AW and have RCS enable by their carrier. Do Apple Watch is compatible with RCS yet? I have seen no comment or news about it. It would be great as there is not WhatsApp app for AW (I live in Spain and WhatsApp is king here).
Also what is the carrier software version? I have 28.0 in watchOS 10.5.
Data missing or merging on some cases
This trips me up pretty hard, but for whatever reason, there’s a couple frames of incorrect time when transitioning from the slow-refresh rate to fast refresh rate. It’s always about 5 minutes.
Here’s a little slo-mo of it in action.
Does DB3 let users display the step count on a complication similar to how we can see step count in the iOS fitness app?
I have the se 2nd gen and apple watch mirroring didnt work it kept loading in beta 1 and in beta 2 and 3 it completely disappeared from setting and is disables in control centre widget.. my apple watch is in watchOS 10 not 11 and in ios 18 beta 2.. any idea?
Anyone else having issues on B2/3 with your watch not charging past 80%? I have disabled (then enabled and disabled) optimized charging and restarted the watch but it still stops at 80%. Apple Watch 9 no cellular.
Every time I look at my watch, it’s sat on Smart Stack. If I manually palm the screen, if it leave it. This has been since since beta 1. Anybody else have this problem, I know it’s beta but it’s annoying they haven’t fixed the issue 😂
It worked perfectly in B1, then in B2 the settings would reset every day. Now, good luck having it remember what live activities you want at all.
Anyone else having the issue where when using your Apple Watch to stream your music from just your song list, it won’t play continuously anymore?
Only way I can get it to play my songs is if I put my songs on shuffle.
Hello together, Since beta 3 was released like a day ago, I was wondering if there already are any reports from people who updated, whether the battery life is stable or not? Currently no problems on beta 2 for me.

Was expecting to get French (Canada) in one of the 10.X updates but it never came. Are there new languages in the beta for Siri on device?
Using Ultra 1. Just wondering if anyone else noticed this and it’s just an improvement with new software or if it’s just me getting over my sleep apnea.
I am so glad that Apple finally decided to allow us to change the notification sounds on the Apple Watch, but I don’t understand why they are different from the sounds on the iPhone! I do not want all of my devices to have different sounds. Is this too much to ask?!
I updated to watchOS 11 beta and now I want to remove it. I’ve tried resetting my watch, and setting it up as a new watch, but it seems to want to keep watchOS 11 on it.
Can someone provide me with any way I can go back to watchOS 10 while still being at home. Is there a way with a Mac?
Does the auto nap work correctly in beta 2?
What happens when you nap and watch detects the nap? Are notifications sent to the watch or it works like in sleep focus, so no notifications just important calls and alarms?
Are specific sleep stages detected in naps?
I mean the new siri with all the colorful animations. As far as I know the current beta has the old Siri animation
After installing the first and second watch betas, the screen changes from my normal watch face to some kind of summary view after idle. Pressing the wheel reverts the screen back to my watch face. The summary view includes the time and the most recent apps on top of each other. Anybody else seeing this? How do I turn this off?
Anyone else having the same problem? For a good week my wrist temperature hasn’t been recorded at all. Before anything worked fine. Apple Watch Ultra 2 with developer beta 2 currently.
My gf’s Apple Watch Series 5 seems to still be having issues charging with a 3rd party Apple Watch charger. It starts charging and then after about 10-15 seconds it stops.
Does WatchOS 11 show the current unfinished lap time before starting a new lap? Could somebody check this for me on the beta? I don't really want to upgrade my watch just to check this. Thanks!
I'll explain in more detail what I am asking:
After the stopwatch has started, when hitting "Lap", then Lap 1 is saved and Lap 2 starts. On watchOS 9, Lap 2 started counting up from 0:00 live, on watchOS 10, Lap 2 is not visible until you hit the "Lap" button again. On iOS, Lap 2 is visible and counts up from 0:00 as it should be.
