I was confused as to the drum beat on the hour, presumed it was a bug until I checked the settings.
That’s new, a full screen watch face with w corner complications. I dig it. It’s in the latest beta (iPhone beta also has the Unity wallpaper). Face is called Unity Rhythm.
Hello everyone Tho I’m not in beta I’m running an 11.2 watch Os but nothing has changed I’ve a brand new S10 100% battery health I’ve tried restarting it worked once but now it doesn’t anymore so i repaired it hoping that it’ll make a difference but it doesn’t seem to make any difference And I can’t return my watch since I’m based from country where this no official Apple Store kindly help me I’m worried
Don't know what's going on to cause this, but ever since this new beta dropped, my watch has tried to install it but since downloading it and trying to install it, it's just failed to do so
Today and the past few days I've woken up to the dreaded message of the update failing to install
Has anyone else encountered this of late with the new beta, or is it just me?
ECG has been broken for over a month now
It used to give me atleast 48 hours with the same settings, and now it barely lasts me a day. I have tried unpairing, pairing again, as brand new and restoring too, but it would automatically update. I am desperately worried due to this can someone please please pleaseeee help me out!
Hello Watch user,
I have developed app for browsing internet on watch app. Looking forward to your feedback on this.
I can share TestFlight/ promo code if you don’t want to purchase. Do share your feedback and how to improve application.
I am on public beta release schedule for all my Apple products (watch, iPhone, etc.) The last 2 times I've updated everything seems fine except the V02Max recording on my watch. The first time this happened (about a month ago) I entered a manual reading as suggested and it worked the next time I ran, albeit a much lower V02Max reading than I had been seeing all year. I updated the other day (Apple Watch OS) and it's not recording again. I did enter a manual reading then went for a run, but this time it didn't 'fix' it. Anyone else seeing this behavior? Thanks!
Hi, I used specific shortcuts on complication. Now I noticed, that I can only select app shortcut for complication. I thought I can use a specific shortcut to start. I’m wrong or is it changed? Thx.
I can’t seem to find out exactly why, but my battery has been draining extremely fast this last week. The first week of beta 3 I didn’t notice a change in battery life. However, this week I’m having to charge my series 10 multiple times a day. No amount of hard resets fixes the issue. Curious if others have seen this issue as well.
Is anyone else having issues with vo2max readings that don’t make any sense? Regardless of how frequently, intensely, or how long I exercise, my vo2max has been decreasing the past couple of weeks. Has anyone else seen this?
I added “bug” because I wasn’t sure how to label it. Starting today screenshots aren’t syncing to my iPhone. Both are on the latest beta. I can mirror so there’s a connection. Any ideas?
Update; I tried everything in this article to no avail, except wiping the watch, sigh :-/
Thanks in advance.
Hi everyone :)
It looks like Apple reacted to the problems with the bad battery health values and addressed them in the Developer 11.2 Beta 3.
##Release Notes | Developer 11.2 Beta 3
###Resolved Issues
Fixed: This update addresses potential inaccurate estimates of battery health reporting for some devices on watchOS 11.2 Beta 1 & 2. (139724084)
I used to get effort rating auto generated after a cardio workout (run, outdoor walk, indoor walk) but it stopped working a few days ago. Now I need to select it manually after each workout.
Anyone got the same issue and know how to fix?
Hi all, i bought ultra 2 natural titanium on 01 November and i updated it to beta cos my phine runs beta too after 6 charges bh is at 94% theres no way this is phisicly correct, brand new 2024 watch after 6 charges cnt drop. I see lot of you tell about this and it will not be fixed but is that real or not? Will they fix it with official 11.2?
I have an AWU and normally I could get a full day comfortably a full charge. But after I updated the latest beta the battery % is dropping at an alarming rate. For example, I charge my watch most evenings to full before I go to bed, so when I wake up in the morning the battery % is around the 92-95%, this morning I woke up and it was 65%.
I use sleep focus every night so my watches screen is turned off. But I have never seen the battery % drop so much.
Any ideas?
I have the Apple Watch Ultra running 11.2 Beta 2 as of yesterday, I thought I'd check my battery this morning & shows capacity @ 90%, the coincidental thing is that the other halfs Apple Watch Series 9 running 11.2 beta 2 is also showing battery capacity @ 90%, my conclusion is that Apple have either screwed our batteries through beta firmware which we accept can happen on betas & nothing can be done or there is a bug on the current beta versions making it show incorrect battery capacity, I have also read on Reddit that users have had similar problems & examples of this happening to them.
Is anyone else experiencing this? 11.2 DB 2
I’m on beta 11.2 (public)… but how can the capacity drop THIS much this quickly??? 82% —> 77% in 2 days? Someone please explain… this sounds way too much to be normal
I am getting the new beta displayed but after a reboot of both watch and phone it continues to give a failure to install. Am I missing something, Just updated my phone to the latest beta.
EDIT** To clarify, I have IOS18.2 Beta 3 installed as of the release this morning. I am now attempting to install WatchOS 11.2 Beta 2 on my UW2 watch.
EDIT 2**My watch is downloading. Apple may have resolved the issue with the install.
Ultra 2, got it on launch day. I had some extra cash so I wanted to replace battery with 87% health for $99. Chat support agreed. Went to Store, Genius couldn’t run diagnostics. He stated repair depot will remove beta, and decline battery replacement.
Advice; don’t install further betas, come back if battery health is below or closer to 80%.
Not sure what to think ;-}
I immediately reported this in the feedback app of course. I just saw the post of the other guy who just got the Ultra 2 a week ago and his battery dropped to 94% after downloading the 11.2 beta.
I have the apple watch series 9 since June this year and my maximum capacity went from 100% before the update to 91% a day after installing the update, which I don't think is normal but correct me if I'm wrong. I'm not a heavy user, just day to day normal stuff. A 40 minutes to 1 hour walk workout every day, that's about the heaviest thing I do with my watch since a month ago.
Anyone else having the same experience?
Just checked battery health on brand new AWU2 running 11.2 beta and battery health is showing 94%
Watch bought from Apple Store and showed 100% when I bought a week ago.
