V-Ray discussion and help

Hello again, I posted asking for help the other day but I realize it may be easier to actually show the problem, so I included a little video demonstration. Can anyone guess what the issue is?

I just circled my mouse over that corner of the render to show that the HDRI is rotated so that the light comes in through the window. When I change anything about the lighting the HDRI texture placement parameters reset. As you can see, it's not that the HDRI completely turns off, as the difference when I actually turn it off is visible, I believe it's just the rotation, and only until I tweak anything in the HDRI texture placement, then it pops back into place. Thanks again!
Hi there, I'm still learning how to use Vray (making the transition from Keyshot) on account of a slight change in career path for the moment and needing to render realsitic interior scenes. So I have this one scene, very simple, I mostly treated it like a studio for single pieces of furniture but with realistic sunlight etc to mimic how the furniture will look inside the store it's destined to. It's basically walls/floor/ceiling/windows and the piece of furniture, again very simple.
I placed a dome with an HDRI encasing the whole room I created, and then tweaked the radius, height etc of the dome, as well as the horizontal and vertical rotation of the HDRI. The thing is, the horizontal and vertical rotation bits are very important to make sure that the light hits the windows and the room the way I want it to. However, whenever I tweak a value (of an emissive light, for instance) the whole lighting of the scene resets and the real time renderer shows the scene without the HDRI, super dark. If I save, close and exit, the next time I open the project the lighting will have reset like this as well. The only way to put it back the way it was is to modify those HDRI values by even 0.01 and changing them back to get them the way I want them again. Flipping vertically or horizontally works as well. I find it very hard to believe this is an intended feature, is it a bug? Anything I can do?

Hi, I've been using Dinesen textures for a render I'm working on and I get these dark lines across the column when rendering, see images. I've uploaded an image of the texture mapping of the closest column too, in case anyone can spot the mistake.
I'm using vray for rhino 7.

I have looked everywhere, and there is no place to find. Can someone share or give a link where I can download good render settings for Vray c4d. Im making mostly exterior houses, and I cant understand how people make those houses that look so unreal,
