This is a moderated subreddit. It is our purpose to encourage in-depth discussion about all things related to designer toys, art toys, urban vinyl, sculptural pop surrealism, or whatever similar name you use for them. And while the r/vinyltoys title implies that pieces produced in vinyl are the sole topic, all forms of contemporary art rendered as toys are valid, regardless of the medium used (including resin, plush/soft sculpture, etc).

Blind Boxes from Tanoshi Pop
I bought some Fadee Dreamland Blind Boxes early this month from an online store called Tanoshi Pop. I couldn't find many online details about them, but they seem to go to conventions in the Arizona area and had multiple ways to contact them on their site.
I haven't heard any updates at all from them, despite reaching out numerous times via different methods.
Has anyone shopped from them before? I'm ok with waiting for my blind boxes, I just want to make sure they are actually coming.

U.S. Designer toy conventions in 2025?
Hi all! I just wanted to get a little more info on upcoming designer toy conventions this year. I'm aware of D-con and Assembly Required, and I've been to Five Points, but I wanted to know about others I haven't heard of that are happening this year (preferably in the spring or summer). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I need help identifying a toy creator
It's been a long time since I saw the figures but there was a creator that made some toys that looked a lot like the style of image I just posted. I don't remember the name and can't find them, it's driving me insane.
I could be totally off but some words that are coming into my mind are; Carl, Super, Future..maybe one of them was a lumberjack or something.. probably have no relation what soever but if anybody could help that'd be awesome.
They're possibly a UK or US company if that helps too?
