Hi everyone, let me introduce myself, my name is Antonin and I'm the owner and founder of several businesses. I have a question about property management entities. Other than maybe a business licence and registration with the Province, are there actually any licences, designations, or otherwise that a person must have to manage rental properties? I know many/most also double as real estate agents and I'm aware of the regulations there. One would assume the Residential Tenancy Act would outline a certain standard, but to to my knowledge there is nothing.
