You know when you have to do your 5 placement games and rito places u in the depths of hell ranks n u gotta grind months to get your rank back ?
So my duelist went afk on the first round and someone cancelled the remake. I tried to play few rounds but got frustrated and left the game. Then came back after 5 rounds and we made a comeback. But I didn't get any RR due to "DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOUR".
But if we had lost then I would've lost tons of RR right? then why don't I earn RR if we win?
P.S next match sage went afk the entire game and we lost :D
This is my first, last, and probably only post on this subreddit out here, but I have to say do not play this game. It is a genuine curse in the human soul. I dropped this game for over a year, and that year it me not playing it was genuinely one of the greatest years of my life. I wasn’t ever angry or sad or feel any negative emotion as bad as I did during that year vs when I picked it up again. After I played for so long, I felt it. I felt the curse seeping itself into me and I had to delete the game. In the 4 days I picked this game back up, my life has genuinely gotten worse. I’ve lost sleep, grades, friends don’t talk to me, and I’ve never felt more shit in my life both mentally and physically ever compared to literally a week ago. Do not play this game. It is an actual curse that sucks the life out of you and leaves you a soulless, lifeless husk that tries to search for meaning in this never ending shithole if a game.
So l play valorant on console and it won’t let send a picture of my stats but I am a plat 2 player and I have a .93 kd with a 52% win rate and 18% headshot accuracy and i think my damage/round is about a 131 and I hate when I get toxic teammates telling me/yelling at me to get better or telling me I am dog water when I'm going 8/17/16 or when l'm going 3/12/12 like I don't even use duelists l'm more of a initiator/flex/flash role something like a nature and alexis playstyle and I'm not going to lie I don't care about my stats I don't care if l'm a .93, my role is a support role and trying to setup the team best as I can and sometimes I can't sometimes there's games I get where I might drop 4/13/6 or 8/20/8 but sometimes | play with clove or omen or even a kj and cypher and I still drop these same stats l just want you guys opinion. Cause I don't play for stats but it's hard for me when I play games like this and I have people telling me I'm horrible at the game or I need to get better. And btw these people say these thing if we're losing the game or even if we are winning the game.
Also I watched a lot of vct and watch a lot of pro players and I know for a fact even c0m said he don't care about his stats he play for the win and and I asked him on his stream once and that's what he told me and his mentality/mindset as a player is literally my mindset as a player.
Also some people say playing flex/flashes isn't the hardest role in the game but imo it's the hardest role in the game and if anybody have any tips and tricks on how I can improve with setting up my team better please let me know!
I am new in valorant.please guid me how I find my best sensitivity and give drill to master my sensitivity and connecting headshot.
i'm still pretty new to the game (about two months in). i've played every single agent in the game at least three times. the two that stuck with me are sova and clove, but i've been really struggling to find a third that i consistently enjoy like those two.
i don't like any of the other initiators despite loving sova, and i'm also not a fan of any of the other controllers.
i'm leaning towards a sentinel for my third pick, but i rly don't know who to go for. are there any agents that would compliment sova and clove well?
So I don't really feel comfortable using voice chat in games. And I mentioned to my friend that I wanna try playing valorant after I got a new pc and he told me that everyone is super salty and toxic to newbies in the game and are also very abusive. So as a counter point I mentioned that well I am not gonna do voice chat anyways and how worse it can be. But then he told me that I wouldn't last even a second if I decided to not talk as I will be killed on spawn just because I am a newbie who doesn't want to do voicechat. How much of this is true?
Seriously, this isn't the first time. I'm tired of losing because my team won't cooperate with me. Viper on Haven? .....
Opponent had 4 duelists, we were easily able to win rounds on offense, but we ended up losing a lot...
I was able to reach gold yesterday, but I ended up deranking...
Please let me know your thoughts.
This is relatively simple. Stand on the marked spot, aim the left click button from your molly with the bottom left corner of the circled structure, and just shoot, no jump involved. Let me know your thoughts! Thanks!
Hey guys I ve been playing Val exactly for a year now, I have my main and alt account in Immo 1 currently. Right now Im playing on a BENQ WQHD 144hz 2ms and today I ordered a MSI MAG 271QPX 360hz QD-OLED 0,03 ms. Anyone here who has upgraded similair to this and can tell if it was worth it and how the difference was for you?
Hello! I just recently made a discord server for any girl gamers or new players or even the girl pop guys that would wanna game on valorant or make new friends. I'm sorta having a hard time finding people though so I'm testing my luck here! It's a brand new server and no one in it yet so I wondering if this would be something that some people would appreciate having aside from the big valorant servers that already exist out there since that could be daunting...
Is it worth making something like this even without some sort of verification system? The most I would implement is some strict moderation on guys who are toxic but I'm not sure if there should just be some verification like how other strictly female servers are like... I'm open to other ideas and suggestions ^^ and dm me if you want to join or help out :D
I also thought of making this server kinda like an invite only thing, meaning like if someone already in the server, they could invite you or extend the invite out to other people they think would appreciate the server. Rather than posting the link online and letting anyone who sees it join. That way the community would be alot more close knitted with one another.
Not sure if these are great ideas I've tried being in the big valorant servers but it's always too daunting and weird people are there too T^T And some small valorant servers are dead haha. Any help here would be amazing <3
I've been experimenting with different sense, I currently play 0.5 on 800, I was at 0.35 originally but I was getting shoulder pain. I struggle with my arm being "lazy" or just not moving enough. Raised it to 1.0 and started hitting shots... I know low sense is the fad but idk, I've been doing low sense since I started the game and I feel like I'm just getting worse.. is this just how it is?
When I play with my friends I feel like I play a lot worse and I don’t know why. I end up having way more fun with them but my number of kills go way down. Does anyone else have this issue? Too calm perhaps I feel like sometimes I can play good but I really have to focus.
So the other day I’m playing some comp with the boys and I smoke the spike so we can defuse in the retake. My friend said stand in front of me while he was defusing so that way if I die they think they killed defuser. I think it’s better to stand somewhere else in the smoke so that way I have a pseudo off angle on the guy running into the smoke. But anyway I understand his point of view so I would love to hear some high ranked players weigh in; should I stand directly in front of him if bomb is smoked or no? (We’re both plat btw)
Hi there!
Im making a loudout and wanted a opinion.
Im currently with 6875VP and want some of it to buy a classic + vandal combo.
Im in doubt between
Glitchpop Classic (Red Variant) + Kuronami Vandal (White & Red Variants)
or
Prime Classic + Prime Vandal
If you were in my skin, which one would u choose?
If u have any other combination u love and would like to share, or have in mind some Ghost/Panthom skin that would complement it, fell free to comment it!!
Thanks in advance!
i first played valorant when omen came out for around a month. Never played again. In 2022 or so, i started it again for another month and didnt play again due to lag. This year in october, i started again and i feel like quitting again.
im honestly terrible at this game and ive been playing it for quite some time. I did aimlab everyday for 3 weeks then stopped because it was tiring, didnt change my gameplay that much. I'm iron 3, peak b2. I play everyday with my duo whos completely NEW to fps games and wow shes good for someone new (not better than me heh).
anyways, to the point now..
Should i just quit? Valorant takes time away and helps me not get bored but goddamn, it gets so annoying and it loses the fun when im doing terrible and i cant aim with literally anything and keep spraying with every gun. im just tired of the game but i want to get better to play with my silver-plat games.
I have 2 questions now,
Should i just quit and not do anything else orr Can someone give me some tips to just rank up and not whiff every fucking bullet 😭 ( i have decent gamesense and predict enemy movement and util)
bye!! (ps i know the grammar and puncuation is wrong, its bc im tired and its late!)
So a little background, I played a lot of CS GO from like 2016 to to like 2020. I just built a new PC and want to jump back in so wondering if you have any creators to watch just to get my game sense / map sense going. For reference I watched a lot of Warowl during my CS GO times. Thanks
So I play lot’s of unranked and I’m wondering if I should play ranked because I don’t really play much ranked in other games and I think it might be fun. Please tell me if I should play ranked or keep playing unranked? I just got Clove and I am really good with Gekko, if I should go play ranked then pls tell me your favorite agents to play ranked with. If not then that’s ok too.
Hello everyone, I downloaded Valorant 5 days ago and I don't know how to play shooters. What can you advise me to learn, study, learn? And one more question, is rank 15 a lot in 5 days or not?
Its always the same thing in this game, you go on a winstreak at some point and start winning a bunch and suddenly you cant win anymore and go on a lossstreak. Like always, it happens to me every episode, I win 10 Games in a row and then I lose 10 Games in a row, I cannot win, its impossible. And its always like this, 5 wins/ 5 loss, 7 wins/7 loss. Why do you always win and lose the same amount, why is this game programmed to keep you on 50% Winrate?
So I just got a computer so I’m new to the controls for valorant I played through the tutorial and I believe a couple of quick play games and one of the first things I noticed was the people I was playing with were definitely more experienced players than me but both my games I didn’t grab a single kill which kinda got me down. (I also got Iso for my free legend ticket not sure if I should have or not please tell me if he’s worth learning as a beginner)
I’m not looking for the most talented streamer, or the one that has the most fun playing Valorant. In fact, I’m looking for the exact opposite. I come from playing R6 Siege and whenever I was having a bad day, I knew I could always turn on MacieJay’s streams and know he’s having a worse time than I am. Long story short, I’m looking for a Valorant streamer that fits the same vibes. Someone who is good enough to climb the ranks but still always plays like a silver. Someone whose eyes lack the light of happiness. Someone that only plays the game because they are paid handsomely to, by their viewers who enjoy their daily suffering.

Unfortunately I wasn’t recording at the time, basically just shut down the entire team rushing site as a solo anchor. We still lost this game though LOL
I’m pretty new, I am level 24. I am struggling with the game a fair bit and I am wondering if anyone has some tips they could share?
So I am g3 with a good tracker score i always become mvp or put a very good fight with always a high damage delta but there's an exception to this whenever i come across on ascent map i tend to play very bad not that Medicore bad like srsly bad 4/21/x it's just always happening to me and today it happened to
A silv kid was flaming me in for that who btw had like rosish tracker score i thought he was a good player and the enemy team too turn out theyre silv too im not able to understand i pretty much put a good fight against higher plat when q'ed with my friends but im losing on ascents constantly
That was so frustrating I don't ever wanna play ascent ever again but here's a discussion why do you think i suck at it? I can play all the maps yes even abyss
Free to explain :)
If you needed to choose one class to completely erase it from the game, what class would it be? We have 4 now: controllers, sentinels, duelists and initiators. You must pick so that after your choice, the game changes the least or slightly noticeable. I would personally keep duelists and sentinels, as they are completely opposing each other, so they are safe for me, so I got left with the choice between initiators and controllers and I think, controllers have slightly bigger impact on the game, so I would delete initiators, as I think, all utilities they got, every other classes also have, more or less. What would your choice be and why?
P.S: please try to avoid saying, for example, I would erase duelists, as I’m a sentinel main, or I wouldn’t erase certain class, cause my main is included
3 months ago I was about to buy a rgx butterfly because I wanted to start learning tricks with balisongs, and 40€ for a knife seemed a really good price in comparison to other ones in the market. Then I checked in google, and it was 14€ in aliexpress. Be careful with those tiktok videos, not just valorant knifes, every item that they sell first check if it's in aliexpress if you want to buy it. I ended up buying a vulp for 54€.
