Hey I'm a UWEC student and really want to make this short film on the side but have no experience with equipment or anything like that. Any movie buffs/aspiring filmmakers interested in helping out?

I built this website (Rate My Courses) ratemycourses.io and wanted to share it with students who might not be familiar with it. This is a website similar to RMP but for classes. You can use this to look at reviews and get advice on courses you're interested in taking.
And don't forget to add reviews for the courses you took or currently taking!
♰Do you like artists like glaive, ericdoa, aldn , midwxst. Or even like hyper pop clothing and aesthetic considering our discord server where you can connect with other hyper pop enjoyers from Wisconsin♰
link is above
I've found it horribly difficult to make friends here and was curious if anyone is currently having a similar experience
Hi Everyone,
I have been working for some time now on this website ratemycourses.io and I am really excited to share it with you.
You can use this to look at reviews and get advice on courses you're interested in. You can also sort courses by difficulty, usefulness and the overall rating from reviews made by other students. I think if enough people start using it regularly. it's going to be essential when you're choosing your electives or just to get advice on courses you will be taking.
Please let me know if there is anything that I should change or what features I should add.
Lastly, filtering and sorting courses is only gonna be useful and accurate if there are a lot of reviews, so please go ahead and leave some reviews to courses you've taken or are currently taking.
Enjoy!!
Kind of a silly question, but I am looking to transfer from Marquette University to Eau Claire..
Can anyone give me their honest thoughts about eau claire and if they like or not? How is the campus, classes, people, etc?
I’m not a big type of partier or drinker or anything like that.. so was always wondering how bad the parties are there and if you get treated poorly or different if you don’t drink/party/etc?
Hey guys, this is probably a really dumb question, but I haven't heard from my advisor and we're getting mighty close to crunch time.
I looked all over CampS but can't seem to find anything. I'm sure it's somewhere really obvious and I'm just oblivious to it.
Pls halp.
Thanks!
Hi there! I am a student planning to transfer to University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire and I wanted to know what is the Computer Science project like, whether it's good or not and what are the professors like? Looking forward to reading your replies :)
Hi! We are a pair of computer science graduate students at Clemson University who are studying perceptions of teamwork in online undergraduate classroom breakout rooms.
We ran a pilot study earlier this year with our own student body and would like to expand it now to other 4-year, 2-year, and online colleges/universities.
To participate in this survey you must be one of the following:

Hi guys, I’m working with the campus vote project to help create maps that accurately reflect the makeup of UW- Eau Claire. I would love input from actual students of the campuses I am mapping. Feel free to respond to this post or direct message me if you could tell me where a majority of students reside or spend time outside of the campus itself. Any help would be appreciated.
I am a high school student in the Spanish 202 class through UWEC. And phew this class is hard. Right now I’m not happy with my grade despite always being the very top end or the top of every grade in canvas. I honestly don’t think anyone in the class has an A based on the spread of each canvas grade. Is there a chance the professor will curve the class or boost people’s grades or is that not a thing? I just feel like it is weird that really nobody is going to get an A (at least I don’t think). If it helps my professor is Dr. Aranda Silva.
Researchers at the University of Ottawa would like to conduct 90-minute telephone interviews with anyone who has used mifepristone (also known as the abortion pill, medication abortion, or medical abortion) to end a pregnancy.
You are eligible if you:
- Used mifepristone to have an abortion on or after January 1, 2015
- Were living in Wisconsin at the time
- Are sufficiently fluent in English or French to answer interview questions
- Have access to a telephone, Skype, or Zoom
During the interview, we will ask you series of questions about your background, your reproductive health history, and the circumstances surrounding the pregnancy. We will also ask you to tell us about your experience obtaining an abortion with pills and we will ask you to tell us about ways in which you think that services could be improved.
All participants will receive a $40 gift certificate to www.amazon.com. Participation is both voluntary and confidential. Spots for this study are filled on a first come, first served basis.
Please note that the abortion pill is not the same thing as emergency contraception, also known as Plan B or "the morning after pill."
If you would like more information about the study or research team, or if you are interested in participating, please contact us at ws-stu02@uottawa.ca. You may also contact the Principal Investigator, Dr. Angel M. Foster, at angel.foster@uottawa.ca.
Just wondering if anybody still comes on here
Hey! My name is Collin Parker and I'm part of a small business starting up in Wisconsin. Our company, Loks, is a public-use bike locking system that allows you to park your bike safely on your campus without worrying about theft or tampering.
We are hoping to get the system on the Eau Claire campus ASAP!
To help us do that or simply learn more about us and our mission, visit the link below!
Is anyone aware of good places to park around campus?
This place is good af. You can get delivery to the university, also they have student specials. Seriously the food is amazing.
I went to school at UWEC for two years doing something unrelated to CS, left school for a year and want to come back to get a CS degree or software engineering. However I heard from a friend who is a CS major that the program is falling apart, not enough teachers leading to issues with long waiting lists and he said he would leave if he wasnt about to graduate. I would prefer to get my degree at UWEC because I know people there but him saying that makes me reconsider and think about transferring to another uw school. Can anyone help give me some info about the state of the CS program?
trying to just have a good time tonight
