hi all, so im currently overseas and wanted to login to the UTS student admin to enroll for subjects for next year and create my timetable but i can't login due to the 2fa through my australian number which i currently don't have access to, is there anyway to login or do i have to wait til i get back?

also when do deadlines for subject selections close? ty!!

I received all of my marks for one of my subjects and I basically failed it. I was sure that I would fail it during the semester, I even thought of withdrawing from it (but that was after census date) but I kept it just in hope that I might manage to pass it.

So my question is, would it be possible to get it removed from my transcript, Or is it too late?

Also, does a withdrawn fail have the same negative affect overall as a fail?

And is it possible for the negative impact of this fail to be mitigated with high marks in my other subjects?

Like, how cooked am I? Especially in terms of job and internships applications.

I can’t allocate myself to any classes because i can’t see my enrolment in MyTimetable. I waited for one day then logged in and out but it’s still the same. Anyone having a similar problem?

I’m a student in Victoria and I’m a bit confused about the application process for UTS’s Bachelor of Computing Science (IDeA). I’ve added it to my UAC preferences, but I recently found out you might also need to apply directly through the UTS website. Unfortunately, it seems like their direct application window has already closed.

To give some context, I’ve received an offer for WiseTech’s Earn and Learn program, which I know is a formal partner for UTS’s IDeA in Computing Science. My question is:

1. Was I supposed to submit a direct application through the UTS website as well, or is including it in my UAC preferences enough?
2. Do I need to email or inform UTS about my WiseTech offer separately?
3. I’ve heard there’s also an interview process—can anyone confirm how that fits in?

Any guidance would be really appreciated!

Hi all, i’m a corporate lawyer in India, have done my LLB here. I’m considering doing a masters degree, but I dont want to restrict myself to a pure LLM. However, i’m also kind of scared of fully switching up my field and going for a pure MBA (I do believe that a pure MBA might be better after, say, 5-8 years of work experience. I have been working for about 1.5 years)

As a result, i found myself this dual degree LLM+ MBA which I’m hoping is something that would help me hold on to law while also let me dip my feet into management.

I would really appreciate if anyone could tell me their experience in this program, what they got out of it, what the job prospects are like, whether UTS is a good school to choose, etc.

I'm in bachelor of business and I just started so I don't really know what to expect or how intensive it is should I do all 8 core subject within the year or should I spread it out to summer

I’m doing a bachelor of science (biotech) and I’m making my timetable but noticed that some of the workshops have the description “online activity. Attendance at a specified time”. Does this mean the online class won’t be recorded and I have to attend it ?

anyone studying communications (media business) and know when/how to enrol in a stream choice subject through mystudentadmin? is it under options/electives?

My course start at February 3rd 2025 and when I try to enroll it send me this message. Like do I have to wait or am I missing a step

I was trying to select my Classes for the upcoming 2025 session and there is only one option showing there (Read Only). I can't really select the time of my classes. What should I do?

I have 3 back to back classes in one day, which I assume will be fine. However, do exams run the same time as your scheduled classes? Like for example, because I have 3 back to back classes, would I have 3 back to back exams because I've scheduled those classes like that?

Also doing the business (finance) major.

Is this official? Are they gonna add more time slot? I don't wanna go to the university everyday just to be there for 3 hours.

hey im trying to figure out my timetable for engineering/business for 2025. i cant seem to find the recommended study plan in the hand book for my course so im just wondering whether this looks more or less right? also im defs doing foundation maths so do i just wait to do the mrs and let uts automatically enroll me in foundations or can i do that myself??

MyStudentAdmin is not letting me select my second subject. I have done all the pre-requisites and have submitted an E-request but just waiting for a response. Can anyone help?

Hi, timetables for UTS came out today and i got almost all the ones that i needed to get. Everything filled up so fast and there is one class that i really need to be moved earlier and i have applied for a swap.. how likely is it that a spot will open up and ill be able to swap? Also, i was wondering with the online live recorded sessions... is attendance required for these?? it has allowed me to schedule them at the same time as tutorials and it says they will be recorded for people to be able to watch at later dates. i presume if it has allowed me to roster them at the same time i would be able to watch the lecture or whatever at a later time, but i just want to confirm this.

Is anyone else experiencing issues with accessing the 2025 timetable? An error message keeps appearing and the site fails to load.

I logged into MyTimetable at 9am on 3/12 and most classes were immediately full, how is that possible?
