Hey all! Want to show my daily drive . 250k miles. Runnin` good. Couple of problems with AC and reverse drive lights. Sometimes front vents just stop to flow but if I drive about an hour the air flow returns to normal. Dont know where to look at. Have checked vacuum lines and found no problem. And the second problem is - reversing light wont turn on. Have checked all fuses - all is fine. Bulbs the same - all good. Guess the problem may be in neutral shifter switch.
Of course, there is also the problem of finding and purchasing replacement interior elements. The original plastic has dried out and become very brittle. It breaks very easily. In my country, finding something to replace it is simply impossible.
Overall these are minor issues that don't interfere with the enjoyment of this car. The suspension is very soft, the engine is quite comfortable in terms of power and acceleration. The gearbox works perfectly, the gears shift smoothly. In general, this is my car. I'm trying to keep it in good condition. It's a shame they don't make cars like this anymore.
Sorry for my English! ;)
Howdy y'all,
I was just curious what y'alls opinion is on getting a $15000 toyota camry with 50k miles on it? I have an old dodge dakota from the early 2000's that's getting pretty run down and I'm in the market for a newer vehicle. Do y'all think this is a decent price or do you think I should wait a little bit and see if the market gets any better?
My gf is looking at this car at a dealership. She put 500 down non refundable, knowing that there is was front end issue that they were gonna fix. Car facts showed no accidents and 1 owner. The dealership now told her that they could get an airbag light to turn off were trying to find it. They are now replacing the wire harness. Would anyone in this group know what and why they'd replace an entire harness for a light and would you still buy the car?
Hey all, hopefully someone here can help me with thisā¦
Alright so Iām looking at picking up a 2005 Ford Ranger w/ 95,000 miles for ~$4000. Looks good online, catch isā¦ itās unregistered. How do I get the truck to the auto shop for a pre-purchase inspection? Do I just risk it? Itās like a 20min drive. I was looking at temporary platesā¦ but to get that donāt I have to āownā it first?
Thanks!
Itās not much but it gets me around and i like it
