It was an eccentric experience to see Urusei Yatsura walking through the lands of Thriller.

Seeing everyone consumed by stress and fear. Poor Ataru, the scene where he is alone at home with his mental stability destroyed is a scene that impacts me.

Watching it in my room on a cold night made me love this episode.

I know this is a Urusei Yatsura subreddit, but I just want to share how beautiful amazing Maison Ikkoku. UY got me teary at the end, but Maison Ikkoku got my eyes bawling at the end. Such a great deep story about love and letting things go away. Now I'm conflicted on which is my Rumiko Takahashi favorite manga, UY or Maison Ikkoku. Either way, both holds a special place in my heart.
