im not getting any emails from ubisoft idk if its ubisoft or my email i use gmail

I have trials rising on my switch and pc. i was hoping to connect them as i have some of the switch dlc, but i have no idea what the email associated with the account. is there any way for me to check?

I'm trying to unlink my old ubisoft account from my xbox because I have a new account. It's been years since I played an ubisoft game, so the email is long gone and I don't know the password, either. Is there any way to unlink the lost ubisoft account?

This situation is a bit complicated. I have the "Connection lost, a ubisoft service is currently unavailable" error and before that, the app also take a few minuted to log in and check for updates. in doing so, the app WILL NOT use any internet bandith in order to perform basic tasks like connecting to the servers.
Things I tried:

• the proxy settings method
• Run as administrator
• Factory reset my router
• Reinstalling Ubisoft connect
• Disabling ipv6 protocol
• Factory reset the router
• enabling UPnP
• Manually port forwarding all of the ubisoft connect ports
• Check the firewall (ubisoft connect is allowed through it)

Please help, I bought Assasin's creed IV black flag and if i wont fix the issue, I wont be able to play the game forever on this computer.

The email used for my r6 account on xbox was made almost 6 years ago and was no longer in use, I just switched to pc and was able to recover the email but I still can’t login to my to my Ubisoft connect account because I don’t remember the password I tried to reset the password through the app on pc and on browser only problem is no matter how many times I try Ubisoft won’t send the email to recover change my password/recover account. The inbox for the email is back up and I am able to receive emails from my other gmail account the password recoveries don’t go to junk or spam mail. I tried reaching out to Ubisoft support they and they don’t respond so I guess almost 6 years of gameplay is basically lost. Still logged in on xbox but can’t play on pc and I’m not about to spend another 50 dollars on the operator edition for seige to get all the operators that I already have on my main account still wouldn’t nt even get me all my skins or levels back.

I've been trying to log back into my account just so I can play Siege, for context I play on Steam. I sent a request to my email and it never arrived, what is the deal with this? Was my account deleted for being inactive? I checked r6.tracker and it says my account still exists. Does anyone have a clue on how to solve this?

HOW DO I CHANGE MY UBISOFT EMAIL WITHOUT ACCESS TO THAT EMAIL

I use my Dual Sense for all of my games on PC with a wire and when I plugged it in to play assassins creed the buttons were all messed up no matter what I did. I searched everywhere on google and only found .ini file changes for wireless Dual Sense options but not wired and when I put those values in the game didnt change whatsoever. Is there anyone with any advice on what I can do to fix the game?

Just in the sheer chance a Ubisoft dev may see this. If you have any part in creating Ubisoft Connect your hands should be broken. i hope this get me banned from this sub. Fuck ubisoft connect

How long do I have to wait before loging in again? An hour? 24 hours???

I tried the beta for skull and bones today, didn't like it. Uninstalled. Done. But I cant remove the damn icon from my desktop, with an error saying it hasn't been found. I just really want it gone.

So I recently puarched for honor on steam and when I puarched it had no ubi acc so now when I link some ubi account to steam my game doesn't show up on ubi acc library and it doesn't authenticate ownership Have any solution people?

I will lose it, I can't log-in I changed my password and it asks me for authenticator now, instead I used the recovery codes because I do not have the authenticator and it just logs me off saying my e-mail/pass is wrong, like.. what? I just logged in to do authenticator. I tried the website now and it says the request can't be done right now. So tell me how do I log in because soon all of my recovery codes will be classed as invalid..

Hello, I have installed AC Brotherhood on my PC, but I can't make it launch. It work for AC II and AC Revelation but not for Brotherhood. When I start launching it, it remains loading indefinitely.

Does anyone have a solution ? please it's my favorite game.

I am playing rayman legends on ps4. In the main menu there are three options: 1)Continue 2)New game 3)Uplay

If i press "uplay" it gives me an error message "uplay is currently unavailable" or something similar.

If i open uplay through the browser on my phone I am able to login normally.

I have already reddemed the rewards from that game in uplay but they do not appear in the game. Does anybody know how to fix that?

I have searched the Reddit and all I could find was to disable ipv6. This didn't work for me and im still stuck on the looking for patches screen everytime I attempt to open and play R6S

I haven't played rainbow six siege in a while (1-2y) because i got tired from the game i played the game for 2 and a half years and when i came back to login in my account, it said my e-mail wasn't registred with any account, so i created a new account with this e-mail and tried to open the game, but it was a diffrent account so it didnt worked

i tried contact with ubisoft support but they dont do nothing about it, they just keep saying default things.

bro i had like 1.6k hours (with 2 accounts 800 each) with hundreds of Reais (my country currency) in that game, and i just cant play anymore

so i am having this problem that at first launch it seems to work fine but then when i cut and then again relaunch,it doesnt launch. Is anyone facing the same problem?

I made the poor choice of buying a few games thru their awful launcher. I just wanted to share how much I hate it. Half the time it says connection lost and then other times it works. It is so miserable and I wish I had waited on a Steam release. Having bought your product it amazes that I can not choose when to play it! Support is the biggest joke and gives comcast a run for their money in terms of response time and suggestions. I can not convey my anger and abhorrence at this point. Ubisoft you have failed miserably and I am done. I have been a loyal Creed player for almost two decades so it is sad this is where we part!!

I’ve been trying to contact ubisoft about my account for the last week and none of my tickets have been answered. I was trying to contact them about my Email, the one I had accidentally put in wrong. And I haven’t been answered yet and I’m still wondering if I’m gonna get any help.

I am literally just getting 7mbps download speed. I thought its my internet but so I downloaded a different games and got my usual speed 500mbps. After quick google i ended up here. Does any one have a solution on how to fix this?

I've been trying to download a couple games through Ubisoft Connect, but my download is stuck at 0b/s perpetually. Ubisoft support is being of no help, so I was hoping that one of you might have some insight. What's weird is that I can install Ubisoft games I own on steam, but not ones I own on Ubisoft Connect

The logs seem to indicate that there is some error with the manifest:

The time stamps line up with download attempts. Fixes I have tried thus far:

• Flushing DNS
• Installing a different game
• Updating OS (Win 10) and hardware drivers
• Reinstalling Ubi Connect
• Logging out and back into Ubi connect
• Using a VPN
• Using a different Wifi network (twice)
• Disabling IPv6 on my network card
• Changing download location
• Leaving it on downloading for several hours
• Ensuring I have at least twice the available space for the game I'm trying to install

Any help would be much appreciated.

I cannot tell if Ubisoft is just trolling me. Is this a common issue? I buy FarCry 3 on Steam, it installs Ubisoft Connect. Fine. I open it, recover my 8 year old account, log in, "Cannot connect to Ubisoft service". I have gone through every single step on their FAQ, and when I finally threw in the hat I write a support request where THAT IS BROKEN TOO.
