Did anybody else get this error? Me and my roommate both got this error when trying to register today. We are both juniors and are fully caught up in our degree plan.

The 3 classes I need most all 3 have the “Program Registration” error. How do I go about fixing this? All of the classes have less than 10 seats left and they’re the main 3 I need! 🥲

Registration opened at 1pm and I just keep getting the spinning wheel on the registration page when I submit my classes from my plan.

To cut down on a lot of the commonly duplicated posts, we've created this megathread to help everyone search for a professors or ask for feedback about a class they want to take.

Before you post, please check these resources for info about your prof/class:

• https://hb2504.txst.edu/ (https://opletter.github.io/course-evals/txst/ is the same information but a bit easier to use. Thanks, /u/Crafty_Thing8782 for sharing). These are the evaluations actually done by many students at the end of the year. You get less specific feedback but a good agregate score.
• https://www.ratemyprofessors.com/ stealing /u/abi1i's comment, while RMP has more in-depth written reviews, "..usually the people that are posting “reviews” of professors are either students that did really poorly in the course or did amazing in the course." but it will give you an idea.
• Search the subreddit and this thread. If the professor is not brand new, there is likely some discussion about them somewhere in the subreddit. Search, maybe your question has already been answered.

You would think that being a senior would make getting the classes that you wanted , easier but intsead it was harder than last year when I was a junior. I really wanted to take CS4379Q,E,V but they all filled up extremely fast.

Anyone else have that problem?

I cannot believe how unlucky I have been during registration each semester at Texas State. Registering as a current senior with over 100 completed credit hours, I thought this would be the one time I actually get to take the classes I pre-planned. Because seats would of course be open when I’m registering before juniors/sophomores/freshmen, right? Nope. Not one seat is left. How am I supposed to graduate at this point? I’m going to have to graduate late because there are not enough sections/seats for classes I need (not even classes I want, it’s classes I need)! I really don’t mind graduating late, but this is still ridiculous nonetheless. And yes I always register the SECOND my registration opens. 🥲 I just needed to vent.
