Special Delivery

As much as impulsively skydiving alone after my aunt passed 2 months after adopting this boy was an incredible experience, it is second in comparison to the day that I woke up in July 2021 and decided that I was driving to the shelter to find my first cat. I love him so much. I randomly took this pic of him right now just to remind myself of how lucky I am to have a lap cap that sits in my lap, lets me pick him up and pet him, and follows me around my place.

To the people that say they aren't cat people: you have never had the chance to earn love and trust from a cat.

I can't believe that my boy is going to be four in 21 days! I adopted him at 5 months and it's the best random, impulsive things I've ever done.

If orange cats share one brain cell, I'm pretty sure Tuxedos share two. Better odds but similar outcome!

My cat and her twin

Hello! This is my first post to this subreddit and I wanted to share some pics of my senior boy to add to all the lovely kitty photos on here. :)

His name is Romeow, though he responds mostly to “Roma” and “Roma-baby.” He turns twelve this year and has early stage feline kidney disease, but he’s as loving and cuddly as ever. He joined my family as a kitten and was the reason we were able to find and take in his bonded pair, Leo (the orange and white gal in the older photo), that evening. She was his older sister and taught him everything there was to know about being a cat—though he’s never been great at that. He’s more like a human in a cat body. He currently loves on his younger siblings, Sheri, Regulus, and Lobo, passing on all the care and comfort Leo gave to him before she crossed the rainbow bridge. 

Fun fact: he has a tiny black fur freckle on his right back foot. It’s been there since he was a baby and is a special feature. 

I hope to have plenty more years with him and hope that everyone’s beautiful tuxedo babies have long, happy, and healthy lives as well 🤍🖤🐱
