I am using THCa isolate powder to make edibles. My first attempt yielded only a partial decarb. What's the best way to decarb my isolate?
Not burnt popcorn. Legit like.. greasy ass corn in an almost stomach turning way.
Did I fuck up?
This is weed from my first grow, which was dried too quickly and definitely had a sharp, hay smell with slightly pungeant pee odor. I found no mold or anything, inspected each bud actually with a jewelers bauble.
Anyone know what's up with it?
Edit: it is Cana butter
Hello! I decided to infuse butter with some high THCA and just realized I have no idea where the dosing will shake out/whether the online calculator I normally use makes sense.
The ounce flower/shake was about 27.5% THCA, 0.5% THC. I decarbed in the instant pot (submerged in a mason jar, 40 min high pressure) and infused into 2 cups of butter on slow-cook mode for 4 hours.
This calculator and method have always served me well, but I’m a little dubious about whether it’s accurate for THCA. Any help/advice would be great! Thank you!
I am looking for a chocolate recipe that is reasonably strong but doesn't need to be kept in the fridge so I can take it out and about with me.
I know all about tempering etc, but I'm struggling to find a decent chocolate bar that follows the proper method and can be left out.
I've tried making some fidge before with condensed milk and coconut oil but it was a nightmare and the coconut oil seperated leaving little blobs of canna oil throughout the fudge.
I want to avoid that with my chocolate.
Cheers..
