The show follows the exploits of Sunnyvale's most notorious residents, Ricky, Julian, and Bubbles, as they attempt to make money through various greasy (and mostly illegal) get-rich-quick schemes, hotly pursued by the park's drunken supervisor, Jim Lahey, and his shirtless sidekick, Randy.

Jim Lahey Season 2 Speech Appreciation Post
So I'm a fairly new fan, I've only been a fan of the show for about a year but after rewatching the show several times (I'm definitely a fan of the first 7 seasons and the pre-Netflix days but I'll watch the whole series as well as the movies), I've decided that the best scene in the entire show is in S2E2 Jim Lahey is a Drunk Bastard, when he makes his speech for the election.
"Who in this park, or even who in the whole world, doesn't have problems? Who doesn't have a drink too many times once in a while and maybe even winds up passed out in their own driveway pissin' themselves? I mean serious. Or who doesn't have a little puff from time to time? Who doesn't have problems with the people they love? Randy, everybody, I apologize for my neglect of the things that are most important to me. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. 'Cause this park, it's the most important thing in my life, and it always will be, and so will all of you. 'Cause this is our home. This is our community. I am Jim Lahey, and I am your Trailer Park Supervisor."
