messed up order

I ordered something from the Rush Backstage website, and somehow they accidentally sent me the Fear Inoculum vinyl package. I have no idea how this happened. Did anyone order this vinyl package and instead received a Rush Golden Ale Mustard??

Fellow musicians/guitarists, which song(s) can you play on your guitar? If you know multiple songs, what is the hardest and easiest?

I’ll go ahead and start. I know Schism, Invincible, and Vicarious. That is also the order of difficulty for me, Schism being the easiest song I know from Tool and Vicarious being the hardest.

We are eternal - all this pain is an illusion...

Love this lyric - but I'm guessing this would mean that happiness and all other emotions are illusions as well correct?

This mix has not been seen by enough of you…..(third eye)

This guy has a descending video that actually got me to his third eye mix. His descending mix is really cool. Check it out if you haven’t seen it. I do not remember it being that way live but he says it was where ever he heard it, but I don’t really remember that part of it I don’t think there was any singing like that right before the gong hit but anyway it’s really cool the way he does it on the descending video I (I still prefer the album version over his version but it’s an interesting take on it nonetheless ) but this isn’t about descending as epic as that was last spring. It’s the one moment of the show that I cannot get out of my head is that fucking gong. That was a magical unique moment to experience live.

I mean that just fucking but anyway there’s always a moment that blows all our minds if they open a show with it and it’s this one right here third eye and this guy put together an epic mix of different concerts and it’s like in 100s of views like it hadn’t even broken 1000 whereas descending video was like 100 K. I don’t get it. I think it start that video is an excellent. It actually shows Timothy Leary at the very beginning in the middle of the stage it seems saying the think for yourself monologue. He looks like he’s on fire or made of it. . It is just so cool. Maybe one of my favorite videos of third eye even though it’s clearly salival over concert footage. The added on the concert video is almost perfectly synced. I can’t find an error. I’m mean it is spot on perfect and he does like it’s like a through the years type of thing like you see frontman mime Maynard with a bra tool (his last frontman persona?) on through black mohawk Maynard tool with FI color schemes and it is freaking one of the best third eye videos I’ve ever seen because I just love watching him shift from you know the different versions of tool that have played that song live and it’s just epic. Those of us who’ve seen this live open a show, you know exactly how almost unfair it is to the music industry as a whole they can grab an old song from the 90s and it’s just as relevant and mind blowing as the day you first got it. As is virtually all their music. They don’t age. They’re all for most part, timeless. Enjoy.

Some bands add something new to their songs in the live version, this is one great example of that. Every time I hear the original, I remember this one.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: HIGH OXIDATION RISK for Epiphone Adam Jones Art Collection Guitars

Update: The hardware used on this guitar series is nickel-based, which makes it wear quicker than chrome. I'll leave this post here so you don't have to panic since it's normal.

I am very careful with my guitars and I kept my Epiphone from Adam Jones art collection (Veil of Bees line) safe in its hardcase, aside from the times I occasionally played it.

After two years of playing/maintaining I noticed excessive oxidation on almost all the metal parts which is why I AM STRONGLY ADVISING YOU to always wipe the sweat off as well as any touches and marks, since it is highly probable that they will remain on the metal parts! (My hands really do not sweat that much but palm-muting leads to a build-up.)

In comparison to my other guitars which are way older and have no such oxidation markings, I assume that the Adam Jones Art Collection Guitars have a lower quality metal coating which is more susceptible to sweat.

Also important to mention here is that my room is not at all humid and as mentioned before, my other older guitars (also similar models from e.g. LTD) do not have such problems.

I attach here some pictures of the guitar's situation after two years:

Markings on the bridge. Can no longer be removed with normal cloths/wipes

Neck humbucker had a plastic foil on it which was removed recently and left its markings on it.

Strap buttons are oxidizing even though I do not touch them

Output jack cover turned from glossy to matte because of oxidizing.

Looking for a certain Live version.

Ok I'm sure it's no secret that lately when took plays Schism live, Jones drinks a case of monster right before the slow middle trippy part and decides to hail ass and it's a fricken awesome breakdown.

Now every live video on YouTube I see has absolute shit audio quality.

Anybody got a link to schism live, with the kick ass break down, that has good sounding audio?
