CURE TO TONSIL STONES

Hi, I’m a 20 year old girl who has struggled for 2 years now with tonsil stones. I would like to share how I managed to (hopefully) permanently get rid of them. The cure is taking vitamin D3 and K2(together). I take 4000 (sometimes 5000) IU a day; don’t worry, it’s not a lot, it’s actually a lot less than you might think, because the vitamin you take only gets partially absorbed, and it’s very much rare to overdose from it. In order to have the maximum absorption you should take it while eating something with fats, better in the morning. Everything I’m saying is the result of much documentation from YouTube and Internet. Tonsil stones are mainly made of calcium and bacteria. Calcium will get absorbed through the vitamin. Staying out in the sun also helps. In order to fight the bacteria it is very useful to brush thoroughly your teeth and flossing after every meal. I also sometimes gargle warm water with salt( and you also might add apple cider vinegar). Drinking a lot of water helps as well, because bacteria hate oxygen. The key still is the vitamin. What does not influence tonsil stones is: smoking, eating dairy, drinking alcohol. At least this goes for me. If I eat more sugar or more dairy nothing changes. Actually, a friend of mine told me that gargling coke might actually help. Of course if your diet is only made out of dairy and sugar that might be conditioning your tonsil stones, so anyways I suggest a good diet. If you try doing what I suggested you might start seeing results within a few days. You will have no more fear of talking to people. I still have to experiment if doing more physical activity helps, but I think it low-key does. I hope everyone reading this will get rid of their tonsil stones and finally live a happy social life!!!!

Will getting my tonsils removed permanently affect my hearing?

I’m getting my tonsils removed sometime this summer. Now, I’ve rarely had problems with my ear (occasional pulsing but again, rare), and I’m seeing mixed results online as to whether or not this surgery will permanently affect my hearing or give me tinnitus. Some people say they still have ringing or clogged ears months after the surgery, and others say it helped with their tinnitus.

My ears are very, very important to me and if I ended up permanently damaging my hearing in any way because of this survey I’m not sure it will have been worth it. Any help or answers?

Please help 🥲

I get tonsil stones regularly, nothing huge and can get them out now and again , but sometimes I get a weird sensation of something moving deep in my throat, even when I can’t see anything there with a mirror and torch! The sensation hurts a little, a bit sharp, and makes my eyes water, can’t speak, then goes away again! Thinking it’s probably a deep tonsil stone just shuffling around, but someone please help my anxiety and tell me they get this too? 😅 (I’ve recently been to an ENT and had barium swallow and whilst I have a swallowing disorder, my throat is clear and fine! Just looking for some reassurance 🥹)

How to remove deep small tonsil stones

Hi, I have tonsil stones on both the sides. After gargling with warm salt water, right side came out easily. But the left side stones are set a little deep inside though small.

Any tips how I can get them removed at home?
