A subreddit for sharing food you've made and eaten today and how you made it.

What we want to see in a post:

  • A description of the dish in the title.

  • Ingredients and instructions put in the comments/text. [optional]

These three things are what this sub is about:

  1. Watching your diet. You can post here what you ate today and we'll reply with our thoughts about how nice it is, how healthy it is, the whole monty.

  2. Recommending some damn good food. Ever had pear crumble? TRY IT NOW!

  3. Making other redditors jealous! I want to almost dislike coming here because you guys are making me hungry!

Today I made and ate ravioli stuffed with syglino, broccolini and ricotta

I made the pasta from scratch and the whole thing was a mashup of various youtube recipes, some for tortellini, some for generic pasta etc. Turned out pretty good though I should've let the sauce to thicken a bit more.

For those wondering, syglino is a greek thing, it's essentially cured and smoked pork with herbs.

The original recipe called for sausage, but I didn't have any.

Sautéed Squash w/ Steak Strips & Chicken

Sautéed with a bit of high test olive oil, Sriracha salt, black pepper, and yesterday’s leftover steak and chicken. Added a bit of teriyaki sauce towards the end. Not pictured: light sriracha and yum yum sauce drizzle.
