I have a TI 84 calculator and am trying to download some games on to it. I used to have Pokemon on it but deleted it off and now when I try to download similar games it says "No ASM programs found". Could someone please help me!

Hello, when using programs on my Ti-84 plus I keep getting errors shown in the photo. I have installed these on the ram, and have unaccepted them manually on the calc. I can open the program but when I try to use a function I get the error. What should I do?

When I make a program it's going good until my program starts getting pretty big, then when I encounter an error it can be hard to fix because I find it hard to make sure my ends ifs else's and thens are all right, including the loops. Sorry if this doesn't make too much sense.

For one thing I’m curious if they do a ful clear will it clear my game files aswell? So I’m on a ti-84 plus and I have games on it and I have state tests coming up at my tech school.They send someone to clear your calculator beforehand,I want to keep my games for after I finish since I’ll have to sit in the room for 3-4 hours and I know I will be done within 30 minutes.if the clearing would wipe my games is there a program or way to stop it from doing that?

I don't know if anyone can help me, but I'm using the calc84 app and I'm watching my instructor type in the 2nd, EE, then 99 to get infinity, but when I do it, I just get an error. Does anyone know what I need to do to make this work? I have less than 2 hours to figure it out and take a quiz, so in my desperation I am turning to the place with the best answers... reddit.

Not like in program, but like how did a Dude make tetris, obviously not the program button, so how? Code in python then convert to .8vk? I dont think that works. I'm just thinking like a Basic tic-tac-toe

I know I'm past 5.5, but I still want to get Python as I don't want to update my calculator to 5.8. I haven't found any website that hosts it, if there isn't any place for that download that's fine, but I'd prefer if it could be found.

I am trying to simplify 262144/34012224 to 4096/531441. But it only gives me decimals. I assume it is just past the limit of the calculator. Is there any other mode or operation I can use to simplify large fractions like this on the stock ti84 plus CE?

All of the downloads that texas instruments give me are not compatible with my calculator. I dont know where to find it. All the downloads have been .8xk or .8xe but my calculator only supports .8xp. Is there a periodic table app for this?

Hey currently I swap between ti nspire cx ii, and ti 84 ce plus to do chemistry things, I really like the periodic table on my ti 84 and would like to add more chem apps to it, does anyone of any good ones for it? I've only found a couple online.

I’m working on solving quadratic equations by factoring and want to double-check my answers. I found a file that focuses on factoring quadratics, but it’s not an XP file, so I can’t use it. Does anyone have a file in XP format (not zip, my chromebook won’t work with zip) that I can download to help with this?

Also, the program needs to understand that I have to set the equations to zero. For example, I’m solving problems like:

x² - 8x = 20

x² - 8x - 20 = 0

And then I would factor from there.

I saw a video about a guy playing Valorant on a literal ti 84 plus ce. He conncted his ti to his pc and played with the ti as the screen and keyboard but the mouse was connected to the pc. I was running on like one and a half fps

I downloaded a polyatomic ion program yesterday and when I press enter for whatever category of ions I want it shows up unreadable like this. Is there a way to fix this?

I've been having trouble trying to connect my two calculators and transfer programs from the TI-84+ to the TI-84+ CE Python. I'm trying to transfer two programs through a mini B to mini B (mini B on both sides) and I keep getting an error in Xmit. I bought the cable off of amazon, because I can't find one that is used for strictly calcuators. Am I doing something wrong? Is my cable not the correct one or can you just not transfer programs from a TI-84+ to a TI-84+ CE Python?

Yo this might be a stupid question but I'm tryna code snake on my calculator (TI-84 Plus CE) based on a tutorial, and I need to input those lil arrow things (→) and APPARENTLY ur supposed to get those by pressing sto→, but when I press that it js makes an equals sign (=). It's not some special type thats different from if you would press 2nd and then math and then 1 either, its just regular. Help I want to play snake.

So python takes up space for the games I want to install on my calculator. And my class nor I use python. So will it be safe to delete as long as I backup my files on my pc? I’m just scared I’m gonna brick it if I do lol.
