Honeybee Butterball by Atmos Project
Does anyone know what kind of yo-yo the dad is using in that scene near the end of the movie? i just re-watched the movie tonight and noticed the part when the dad picks up the yo-yo. i thought it was pretty neat.
Added the element I learned into another combo kinda basic but I really like it
Found the yoyo i used for years when i was a kid. Eventually i lost the bearing and never played again. Just found the yoyo. Could anyone confirm if this maverick is J size or C size bearing. Should i get a new bearing or a new yoyo? These are like $20 new so if u have any recommendations within that range im open
Just got my copper Theodore by Spencer Berry
I just brought a Yomega Xodus 2 today at a toy store and was really excited to try it out when I got home.
When I got home, I decided to take a quick walk while playing with it. I was throwing a couple of sleepers and wanted to see how long it could spin with a strong sleeper. I threw a really strong sleeper and the rubber rims just ejected; one rim spinned its way to the middle of the street and the other rim took a U turn, and the part that wasn't rim was still spinning. Luckily I wasn't walking near a street with busy traffic.
I was a little bummed out about the rims falling off since that was one of my reasons to buy it, but the bright side is this yoyo plays really well without the rims. Shoot the moons are so easy on this thing, it can loop for quite a while even with its wing shape, and it's really lightweight. My favorite trick to do is just repeat trapeze (trapeze then do an outside loop to trapeze, then repeat)
This yoyo would have been sooo much better if they made the rims lighter and not detachable.

Where does everyone buy their 🪀 from?
I recently picked up an unresponsive yoyo and started practicing the basic front mount bind. For some reason, i always get this extra tail that hinders the next throw after my first bind. I just was wondering about any advice to correct this mistake. Does it have to do with me binding with too much excess string?
Has anyone made their own Yoyo string? I’m struggling to find the right thread. I bought some 100% polyester which apparently is most common for Yoyo string, but my strings come out feeling like plastic. The slip knot around your finger even gets loose and won’t hold like normal Yoyo string. Normal string gets fluffy over time almost like cotton, the only polyester I can find is like plastic, almost like nylon and it doesn’t hold slip knots well.
I've been out of the game for a while now. One of my all time favorites was my old yoyojam eneme. I loved the smaller diameter and how nimble it felt. Do you guys have any recommendations for something similar?
This yoyo obviously looks really cool, but functionally does it hold up? I don't know much about yoyos
Hi! What are your thoughts of the Duncan G Haymaker? Someone is selling 2 OG Haymaker for $40 to me. Is this deal good? and is the yoyo good?
Thanks everyone who reached out. The response for this new colorway was super positive and stoked to get these into people’s hands 😄 if you got any questions let me know!
Why does my Yoyo keep tilting with a straight throw and new string (video on 3x speed)
Had to snag a Halloween koi and grabbed a few more from the wishlist
Hey all, I’m looking to get back into Throwing for the first time in almost 30 years. I come from the age of Duncan before unresponsive was even a thing :)
I got myself an AOE and a SnapBack to start. One thing I’m noticing going through the YoYoTricks First 50 is that the slipknot on my finger keeps slipping to the side and throwing me off, especially trying to learn Flying Trapeze. I’ve tried really pulling on it to try to get it to stay, but it seems like it just loosens up a little and turns itself to the side of my finger and messes me up.
Is there an easy fix? Or is my finger just terrible?
I rediscovered my love for throwing recently but I can’t find my old collection. What suggestions do yall have for beginner/intermediate yo-yos? I want something that performs well but doesn’t break the bank. Thanks in advance homies!!!
