Why hasn’t TFC ever signed Colombian players.

Given the success historically of Colombian players in the MLS and the the upwards trajectory of Colombian players abroad, I find it odd that TFC has never signed a player from the country. The Team has a South American scouting team division and now that I think of it not a single South American is currently on the roster And only one prospect from Brazil on the TFC II squad. What gives?

“All we’re saying is…give us a goal” - Toronto FC Supporters (28 April 2007)

This is what happens when you let chants organically form….instead of that mess they’ve created with drums and megaphones now. Despite not having a roof and the stadium being half the size, it sounded WAY better than what they’re doing now.

Oh and this was the first ever home game for Toronto FC. LOL.

Up your game folks.

What Actually Happened To Inebriatti

I remember back when I had the ability to go to more games their used to be this ultras group with the big black flag with an I in the middle. I had even gone for an away day vs Montreal and sat with them. This was way back when MTL's logistics team thought It was a good idea for our ultras to sit right next to theirs (some guy got thrown down a bunch of stairs). I was also at the Ottawa game where the flare incident happened. Now some years later I'm able to go to more games again but its this new Latino group running 114. I know a couple people got banned but for the most part everyone was still allowed to come to games after doing some course. What actually happened? Did they join other groups, rebrand, or stop supporting TFC as a whole. And all these years later, has MLSE considered a way to allow them to come back? If anyone has some insights on this situation please do let me know. Some of my core memories as a Teen pertain to time spent around this group. Thanks

Number one point scorer of any TFC player ever

Is… Brandon Aubrey - if we include all pro sports. He has 217 pro points since being drafted by TFC in the NFL DeRo has 133 pro club goals ever. Does anyone come close or is Brandon Aubrey our goat by total pro points scored?

Why is Everyone Ignoring the Obvious? Midfield Needs to be Priority #1!

I keep seeing all these articles and rumors about Toronto FC going after a great striker, and sure, that’s important. But honestly, are we all just going to ignore the glaring issue? Our midfield is where we’re struggling the most. Without a strong midfield, it doesn’t matter how good our forwards are—they won’t get the service they need to score.

Everyone says we have a good midfield with Flores, Osirio and Longstaff, but let’s be real—they haven’t been delivering what we need. We keep saying they’ll step up, but they’ve proven otherwise. And honestly, if we still had someone like Pozuelo, I don’t think the Insigne/Prince signing would look so frustrating right now. A creative playmaker in the middle would give our forwards the support they need.

A solid midfield doesn’t just help with possession and creating chances—it also stabilizes our defense. If we want to turn things around, a strong midfield core has to be our priority number one!

Anyone else feel like we’re overlooking the real issue here?

How do you guys feel about the rumors of switching to a winter schedule?

I think this would really hurt attendance. Attendance already seems kinda slow in the early games and gradually increases as it gets warmer. Also rumours that Montreal is looking to relocate the team if the winter schedule is implemented.

Any news on south end GA seats and supporters groups?

SSH and I’m looking to move to the south end since they’re making it GA now.

Is there any info on how to do so? From what I’ve heard you need a supporters group invite or some sort of connection but no details are out that I can see.

“Tripling Size of Supporters Group” - Keith Pelley

Not sure how many people watched the End of Season press conference, but I found Keith Pelleys comments regarding "tripling the size of the supporters groups" interesting. This is my perspective as a pretty active member of one group.

  1. It is impossible to simply triple the size, not because there are not passionate fans, but rather because there are so many individual groups with different identities and ideologies of how to be 'supporter'. Yes, 114 is the loudest section, but within that section it's almost impossible to hear chants due to the relatively new Argentina style of drumming. One of the ways to address improving the section is for leadership among groups (Yes I know many efforts have been made already!) to decide wether they want voices or drums to be heard. My opinion is that they should go back to the style they had in 2015-17!

  2. Because there are so many groups, there are just as many if not more egos! I don't think that any group will simply stop using their name due to a couple of things. The first being that people have put in lots of effort to create said groups, and with effort comes ego! The second being once again just completley different style / identities of support. RPB seems to follow a more English style of support, while Kings in my opinion is more of a family friendly / inclusive European support! 114 are trying to follow the Eastern European style of support but over the past couple of years have seem to lose their identity with the entrance of the Argentinians.

Overall the aging members of some groups being unwilling to make way for the youth, and the complete clusterfu*k of identities does not help the atmosphere at all! GENERAL ADMISSION WOULD SOLVE SO MANY PROBLEMS, but would require a lot of compromising among group leaders! Hopefully we can have a much more involved Southend nest year (also 115 and arguably 113 are a cancer to the southend)! At least that's how it looks when I rewatch games!

TFC support!

TFC were 3 pts from playoffs. I can't believe the last game of the season people were cheering for Messi and Inter Miami in TORONTO. Small margins like these determine our season.

Why is everyone in here saying season ticket prices are increasing?

This is my second year being a season ticket holder and just checked my 2025 invoice and it is around $60 less than 2024.

I’ve seen all the posts on here with people debating on renewing because of team performance and rising cost, but mine is actually cheaper in 2025, so is it only certain sections that are more expensive?

Also how can I get emails, etc. about my season tix? I never get any emails or info at all from TFC and only know about what is going on for season ticket holders because of news on this sub. I also only know when I’m getting charged by TFC for tickets after a paid invoice is posted. Ultimately I just look at my “tickets “ section in the app and go to the games I have tix for as they get added.

Lame email, Keith.

I got your lame email to season ticket holders, Keith. How disingenuous can you and all of MLSE be? How do you say all you’ve said and still have the audacity to raise prices on those who have stuck by you over these terrible 4 years? At minimum, you and your Rogers masters should REDUCE prices for next year, even now after some have bolted and others have recommitted. Even now, you can do it Keith. In addition, you should aggressively look for top talent across the world and open up the coffers, Keith. Words are cheap. Such a lame email. Yours Truly, TFC Fans

Keith Pelley on Lorenzo

Sounds to me like they want him to find a new club, but has to partially be up to him. I suspect they would have to top up his salary wherever he goes but they'd get the DP slot and salary cap back.

Osorio leads the way

It sounds like some of Osorio's pay is deferred like Bradley's was. I'm not sure I'm a fan of causing salary cap problems in future years to fix today's problems.
