“Good Hand Tacos” located in a Texaco
Cashier told me this is tripa. It’s got great taste and meaty texture.
Slow cooked some pork shoulder, fried it in a pan with some Asada spice mix from Walmart, diced an onion and hit it with some jalapeños and some Melinda's hot sauce. These sure hit the spot!
1 asada + 1 adobada (wich is a version of Al Pastor tacos, wich is a mexican version/bastardization of shawarma/diner kebab)
