Topics are not exclusive to tabletop gaming, as this is a community subreddit. Moderation will be extremely light, and largely falls back to the community to determine what is, and is not, appropriate.
In short, this is the right place if you're an open-minded gamer who does it on the table. :-P
This subreddit is loosely affiliated with the /r/gaymers subreddit community. If you're a gaymer (basically anyone who would subscribe here), you probably should check it out!
A couple other subreddits to check out:
/r/gaymers - General subreddit for LGBT game enthusiasts and their allies. This is non-topical, and literally built around community interests.
/r/gaymenight - A subreddit dedicated to tabletop RPGs, includes a focus on playing tabletop RPGs in a distributed fashion over the internet.
And don't forget to hang out with other gaymers on our IRC channel:

Bonus if they’re in Europe. Looking to join
37M looking for queer-inclusive online TTRPG group or discord server. I'm in ET timezone and previously played 5e/pathfinder, though I'm open to any system/setting.
Is anyone else out there also excited with Frosthaven?

This community still running?
Hey everyone,
I’ve just launched a drag themed card game on Kickstarter and thought it might be something you’d be interested in, we’re currently over 50% funded and looking for more support.Drags 2 Riches is a deck builder where players take on the role of Drag Queens, building up their wardrobe of hair, heels, outfits etc. and playing them in secret combos. At the end of every round players decide whether it’s strategically the best time to reveal their look to try and compete for the available event. Competition is fierce, as only one player can win each round but anyone can enter.
Here’s the link to the kickstarter, please check it out and share it with anyone you think might love a drag themed game!

Happy Pride Month everyone! I made my adventure free, but 100% of donations I will donate to GLSEN (Gay, Lesbian, & Straight Education Network) at the end of July again.
Beneath the Fairy Tree
The Festival of Lights is three days away, but the halflings of Hilltop Grove have a serious problem. The Fairy Tree and their beloved dryad have fallen ill. Without them, the festival is in jeopardy.
This adventure is designed to be played by level 1 characters in about 3 hours depending on the size and experience of your group and how engaged they get with the social parts. It can be played with only the free basic rules. There is a minimal amount of combat and an effort has been made to give options to avoid some of the combat while still giving them an opportunity to sling some dice and use their character abilities.
GLSEN
From Wikipedia - GLSEN is an American education organization working to end discrimination, harassment, and bullying based on sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression and to prompt LGBT cultural inclusion and awareness in K-12 schools.
Why GLSEN
I chose GLSEN because I'm a public librarian and GLSEN was a HUGE resource for me to be a better ally and serve my community better.
Having said all that, feel free to put $0 for the cost. I'd rather have eyes on my work than nobody using it!
For trans and genderfluid characters who wish to transition with effects either RAW, or at least with commonly accepted homebrew, what spells, items, and other effects do you all tend to use? What do you do about giving access to these resources in the worlds you run to lower level characters, both PCs and NPCs? Obviously if a character just wants to be a different gender, you don't have to make a big deal out of it if your players don't want to, but if they want to make at least a little deal out of transitioning, what would y'all recommend?
Just wondering where we fall on the distribution relative to the greater tabletop fandom in general.
Happy Pride Month everyone! My adventure is free, but 100% of the earnings from it I will donate to GLSEN (Gay, Lesbian, & Straight Education Network) at the end of July.

As a LGBTQ+ Storyteller and player, I have found that I have had the most freedom and fun at tables that have been predominantly queer. For obvious reasons there is a sense of freedom when you can be yourself. I know at tables with strangers I tend to make my characters a bit more mild... I guess? Do any of you have any experiences with that or have you found an inclusive table? If so how has it affected or changed your tabletop experience!?
Stay Sparkly,
Storyteller
TOMORROW at 8pm EDT/5pm PDT on the Alternative Play Plexstorm channel, I will be playing Avery Alder and an sheep's storygame A Place to Fuck Each Other with two other transwomen!!!
It was one of the best RPG experiences of my life when we did it last year, and checked something off my bucket list, so I cannot tell you how hard I'm squeeing about this!
The game is a diceless story game that avoids the temptation to use genre conventions to give queer relationships more agency than we actually have, and explores the ways in which we manage to find and build love in a world where we can only ever get 75% of our needs met. More on it at https://buriedwithoutceremony.com/aplacetofuckeachother
Come watch us play at https://www.plexstorm.com/stream/alternativeplay ~ we are NC17/nsfw in our fiction (the words we say, the stories we tell), but milder than G in our visuals (we keep our clothes on etc)
Hey, we're doing recruitment for an LGBTQ friendly server. We're created for queer men but would love other queer folk and allies. We are a V20 server with weekly events and some homebrew, and it’s extremely beginner-friendly!
LA is a combination of shattered baronies and eternal conflict, with a small Camarilla stronghold. We are also looking for PCs who are willing to occupy baronies and enjoy the Camarilla court life! Every sect and individual barony, while perhaps not directly, is clique-ish and at each other's throats. Co-operation is essential given the roaming Sabbat incursion and the overpopulated streets of LA, but it would be a mistake to even assume a loose friendship among the sects.
We look forward to seeing you.
Currently trying to set up a game on roll 20 for tales from the loop and was wondering if anyone was interested in joining. If your curious about the game let me give you a run down, in the game you play as a kid or teenager in the late Eighties, solving Mysteries connected to the Loop. Choose between character Types such as the Bookworm, the Troublemaker, the Popular Kid and the Weirdo. Everyday Life is full of nagging parents, never-ending homework and classmates bullying and being bullied. The Mysteries let the characters encounter the strange machines and weird creatures that have come to haunt the countryside after the Loop was built. The kids get to escape their everyday problems and be part of something meaningful and magical – but also dangerous. If anyone is interested just tell me and share your discord tag so we can talk about any questions you might have.
