Hey Guys, Wondering if anyone has ever built a home MANKO homes in Western Sydney, if yes, those who made it would probably know how big of pain in the arse these dumb legends are, those who don't know should read this through before signing up with them,

its a Dodgy firm based in Mount Druitt, Run by 3 dodgy indians guys one is sales NL (the Angry young man and multi faceted person who is friendly at sales but will not leave a chance to a abuse you after you paid the deposit.

MD- one of the Co-owner and head of selection, he will make sure that brand and product a customer has chosen is never procured and instead cheaper alternate is installed coz that's where lot of margin is. This guy never takes calls of the customer and won't ever reply SMS emails even if you come to know that your entire selection is screwed up.

Last but not the least MK , a Supervisor cum partner, who is the incharge of bringing the cheapest labor and trades on board to make the maximum profit on a project, so any job they do, from tiling to landcaping, plumbing, all jobs are screwed up and owners come to know about the goof up after defect period is over.

they may sound like offering value for the buck but the quality of everything from roof, to frames to Gyprock to taps, is worst quality, after all what you pay is what you get. People run after inclusion, and think and extra bulk head is a great inclusion and end up signing up and their bad bays begin,

After you pay deposit, have a shitty team if Gujju architect who will do everything except what you expect in a custom home and they make such architectural mistakes in the design that customer will have to grapple with leakage issues and other major issues all the time, they do shitty job coz they are given 50 jobs to deliver with handful of dollars to play with , so they play with your dream home, and by this time your deposit is already taken and you can't back out.

Then comes the build stage, the slab, frames, windows all you can see and compare the quality, everything is cheap standard.
Cut on site frame job that their carpenter does is of 0 grade and dumb ass supevisors have no idea what a trade has done wrong.

tradies management is even worst and site is unattended for 20-25 days and poor customer pays rent plus mortage and they give it a damn, only focusing on the new business.

the real breaking point when your home is delivered after months of delay by and you see finishing issues, design issues, in every area from the kitchen to drainage to the rooms and then all you are left with is grief and remorse

Support is even worst with issues are not even responded for days and if you call and complaint they can easily rub their shoulders off it and only when you threaten them of fair trading and all they make a move,

Crux is they just want to earn and get a big chunk of the customer business like many other part time builders in Sydney who drive bus on weekdays and work as builders on the weekend.

Guys pls be extra before falling into this trap and waisting your hard earned money on a poorly curated product from
unprofessional dickheads.

I'm looking to buy a pair of IKEA EFFEKTIV legs from the 1990s era desks.I used to have a full set for 2 tables, but after multiple moves were down two of them so the desks only work attached together if i want to use both.
