Hey all, wondering if anyone has the same issue. My lease with my roommate is up at the end of Feb, she has a new roommate lined up. They’re trying to charge me $150 for a “change of tenancy” fee. I don’t believe they should as this lease is not being broken, I’m staying till the end of my lease, she has someone lined up for the new lease. Can they do this? Has anyone had this issue before?

I need to get an adhd assessment for my child. GP suggested I call around first to see if I can get an appointment, they'll then do referral to whoever we can get in to. I have called 20+ psychologists in the sunny coast/Brisbane area and noone has their books open, most have 18month+ waiting list that we can't even join. I would prefer not to do online appointment but that looks to be the only option I can find? Any suggestions for someone who has their books open to new patients? We really need to get some support for our child, can't imagine having to wait 18 months! Thanks

So I'm getting married in October and the location is Cooroibah, most of the travelling family is staying in Noosa as it's not too far.

We are organizing a bus/shuttle transportation. Does anyone have any good recommendations on pickup points? Or should I just choose one of the places most people are staying?

What the title says :) Looking for people's opinions on the best park for a children's birthday party (specifically a 4yos). Ideally the park will be in the SSC hinterland, have a lot of shade and an undercover area for eating (in case of bad weather) and also a nice range of equipment for entertainment. Can anyone recommend a good serviced office on the coast? We are willing to travel anywhere between Coolum and Mooloolaba. We are a maximum of four People. Two separate rooms would be ideal, as we are all loud talkers. If it is a good fit, we will stay for the long term. We will occasionally (once a month) have suppliers come to showcase their products, so the use of a boardroom would be ideal.

Hi all, my fiance and I are trying to find a venue for our wedding. We honestly just want somewhere where we can hire the space, but provide our own food, beverages and maybe furniture if they dont have any. We'd like some sort of venue where we can do both ceremony and reception. Preferably somewhere outside and garden vibes, or with like an outdoor ceremony spot. Sorry if this is weirdly specific, just need some ideas as we just want somewhere that allows us freedom to do what we'd like
