To give some context, yes I’m 19, and no, I don’t want a medcard even though they are extremely easy to get. I go to college in North Carolina, and in NC, smoke shops sell Delta 8 and sometimes even Delta 9 edibles (or so they claim), and only require an 18+ ID. It’s always confused me how exactly it works, but I was wondering if there’s any smoke shops in the bay that also sell like this / where it’s legal?

TLDR: how can I (legally) get some edibles at 19 without getting a medcard

It's hard to find a good answer on mattress websites/reviews with so much noise. What is your favorite mattress as a side sleeper? I'm a male of average build and height. My current mattress is a memory foam bed and gives me shoulder pain which limits me to only sleeping on my back comfortably. Sometimes it feels like couches have figured out comfort (even for sleeping) and bed technology has gone backward with all this added tech. I figured it's worth a shot crowdsourcing an honest answer on a non-mattress-specific subreddit.

Stopped at Costco for gas on my way home from work and in the span of 10 minutes I saw half a dozen cars cross the double yellow, race up the wrong side of the road, and cut through the parking lot clearly marked as "no through traffic" to cut the line to turn south on Lawrence - one even almost hit a cyclist. Public Safety really needs to do something about these morons before someone gets hurt or killed by a car jumping out

Hey Sunnyvale Residents: check your mail and you will find notice from Sunnyvale of proposed rate changes. There will be a public hearing June 25th at City Council.

Water is going up by $2.85, Wastewater by $5.61 and Solid Waste by $1.79 for a total of $10.25/month.

The wastewater increase is 9% for the water plant and not clear whether it includes the litigation costs for the Baykeeper vs Sunnyvale.

It will go into effect unless > 50% of residents file a written protest.
