Hi Reddit! We’re two French-Canadian brothers with the last name PIGEON, and we’re launching a minimalistic streetwear clothing brand. Our focus is on heavyweight garments designed to make dressing up or down effortless, stress-free, and adaptable for any occasion.

Why are we branding around a feather? Well, it’s meaningful, personal, and distinctive for a few reasons: The Feather Symbolism: It represents lightness, freedom, and confidence — the exact feelings we want our customers to experience when wearing our brand. Our Last Name: Since "Pigeon" is our family name, tying the brand to birds and feathers felt natural and authentic. The Contrast: A feather symbolizes lightness, while our garments are heavyweight — creating a playful contrast that embodies effortless style with substance. We’re inspired by the French expression "se sentir léger", which means "to feel light" — a state of confidence, freedom, and ease. Given all of this, we’ve narrowed it down to four potential brand names, but we’d love your thoughts! Which one do you think fits our vision best? Im marketing a sample and so far the feedback online has been 95% positive. My brands main focus is to produce pieces that are high quality (500 gsm 100% French terry) as well as making pieces with a perfect fit that have minimalistic designs to make it stand out from blank sets. The unique features include the following: unique seam stitching on the bottom of the pants, custom chenille embroidery, distressing around the waist and pockets, double layered hood with three rhinestones on the top, boxy oversized slight crop fit, 11 inch drop shoulder stitching, double custom zippers, and REAL stone washing done on them to give them a unique color and look on the French terry set. I do understand from afar the set looks very plain (regular smegular tracksuit with a random A logo) but on the counterpoint, our set does feature a lot of unique traits that I'm sure the buyer would greatly appreciate. I'm just curious on what else I should do regarding anything, whether its marketing it, or even changing something about the product.
