Beginner starting out

I recently purchased a few kettlebells to see if they were something that would work for me. I'm loving it and hooked on them now. But it's quickly become evident I need some instruction and guidance.

I'm going to be buying the stkb foundation program and working through that first. Then I was planning on getting KBOMG1 and working through the single kettlebell section, and then the double.

I know that should keep me busy for a while so I have time to plan out next steps. But I did have a question. As some one who is mostly using kettlebells primarily for fat loss, after KBOMG1 would it better to do Complex or Fat Loss Ladder? Fat Loss Ladder description reads less like a program and more like extra workouts to weave into other programs, is that correct? Reason I ask I see there is a way to bundle KBOMG1 with either one. So was hoping for a little guidance.

Thanks!

SHOULDER MELTER

🤘KBOMG DOUBLE KETTLEBELL PRESSING WORKOUT

THIS ONE WAS TOUGH! SAVE it for your training SHARE it to help me out TAG A friend who may like what I do!

👉1. Heavy\light clean and jerk superset. 10 reps each keep form as similar as possible even under fatigue 2x28kg to 2x16kg

👉2. Max rep strict press 2x28kg. Guess how many I could get in the comments

👉3. Alternating 2x16kg ZPress for 50 reps. Yikes.

👉4. KBOMG #ANGELPRESS 25 reps

👉5. Multi angle banded triceps extension. Hits like no other. Trains triceps in the opposite area that KB dominantly works. A good partnership.

Single-arm KB snatch question: I noticed my biceps are fatigued after a workout. I'm clearly not generating enough power through my hips and am compensating. Any cues you'd recommend to help me drive through my hips?

DKB Precision Weights within Workout

Do you use the same weight through the different sections of each session (Learning/Strength Movements -> Strength & Conditioning Sets -> Finishers) or go with smaller bells as you progress through?
