We moved here in September and the house we're renting turned out to not have a working furnace, which the owner won't replace. The solution we were given was space heaters and extra layers. Now we've found out that one of the windows doesn't lock and can be very easily opened from the outside and short of nailing it shut or boarding over, there's nothing that can be done because they won't replace the windows. Is this pretty normal for Springfield?

Good morning fellow Springfielders! I was podcasting on my way home from the Dr. Office today and got thinking about local prices for residential and commercial Lawn care. Is anyone on here in the business and also local? I'm curious what the going price is by acre/lot in both a commercial and residential environment. I dont particularly want/need to know what your business is called or who you work for, this is really just a curiosity for me.

That said, Im also on an HOA board in Willard and we are currently shopping for a new lawn care contract for a roughly 1/2 acre retaining basin. Who knows, this may kill two birds with one stone!

I recently took in a stray. She’s the cutest little thing, but over the last couple of weeks she’s been growing. Good, because I feed her. But…today she’s been extra crazy affectionate and I noticed developing breasts where there definitely were none before. Basically, I am sure she’s knocked up. Does anyone know where I can take her to get it taken care of with a spay? Relatively inexpensive would be great, but I’ll do what I have to do to keep these things from becoming kittens.

I have a LECTRIC XP 3.0 that I bought a few months ago and just don't use it enough to justify having it, I use my electric scooter more, but it's practically brand new, comes with an extra battery and some other parts I got from the company like the control and brain. Just wanted to ask because it is close to new and I'm not trying to get ripped off but would a bike shop buy it, or would marketplace be better?
