I wanted to reach out to anyone that worked at the Pizza Hut call center that was open back in 90s & closed in 2015. The man that managed the call center all those years passed away last night. Mark Hubbell fought metastatic lung cancer for 5 years and sadly lost his fight. I know that call-center employed hundreds of people in the area and I just wanted to reach out if anyone wanted the funeral service information.

I was always told Mark was the best boss, he would give people rides to work if they needed it. He would feed people when they were hungry, did anything to help his employees.

Hello, my name is Kate. I saw an article posted in the Springfield Daily Citizen in which House Dist 132 candidate Jeremy Dean filed a police complaint against House candidate Stephanos Freeman. I reported harassment from another House candidate, Michael Hasty and his group Queen City Watchdog back in August, after they pretty obviously doxxed me, a private citizen, for challenging his/their extremist rhetoric. QCW released an entire public google docs folder containing files of my home address, my married and maiden name, pics of my baby, my employment history, etc. My husband works in IT and it was very easy to see they accidentally left their names on all of the files (Michael Hasty, his wife Heather, and QCW.

I reported this to the FBI and SPD and was given a case number. As a queer trans resident, I made it clear how disturbing it is that an anti-trans candidate is maintaining and sharing files on at least one victim of his hatred toward trans people.

I share this only because I feel it’s just as heinous, if not more so, for candidates to threaten private citizens than to threaten/harass each other. What Dean says has happened to him is completely unacceptable and I wish him peace and success. I somewhat understand how he must feel. It’s not okay. And I just feel like more people need to be aware. Thanks.

No matter the outcome of the elections on Tuesday, if you have political signs that need to be disposed of after the election, I would gladly take them. I work full time but it's not physically demanding so im okay putting in a little bit of work again. I start classes in January so I would prefer something to kind of help me through the holidays. If the environment was well enough I could potentially continue after I start school.

My son told me that his bus was being followed by a highway patrol car most of the way home. After he got off of the bus we could still see it following the bus throughout the neighborhood. Called transportation and they didn't know what was going on and didn't really seem too concerned either.

Hi! My family and I are moving to Springfield from west Texas hopefully in the next couple of weeks. My son was accepted to nursing school and accepted a job offer at the hospital which they're wanting him to start early December. I applied for a rental home but the problem we're facing is nobody wants to lease to us sight unseen. I don't have the time to drive back up there just to look at the house and then turn around and drive back for the move. I found one company that agreed they'd rent sight unseen by me if I could have someone go in my place. So is there anyone who'd be please be willing to take a look at the house for me?? I know I'm taking a risk to rent without looking at it myself but him getting a job happened way sooner than we expected!
