Have you ever thought you would be a good GM or Owner of a Footy Team? Well this is the league for you. We are a Footy GM League looking for owners.
Every season starts and ends at the same time the EPL season does. We do eventually plan to expand to allow users to control European clubs. We do not sim multiple seasons in one year. We never move ahead of the actual EPL schedule . This league is currently one of five leagues. We have the Armchair Football League (NFL), Armchair Basketball League (NBA), Armchair Hockey League (NHL), and Armchair Baseball League (MLB). Together these five leagues form the Armchair Sports Universe. A parallel sports universe run by fans.
For the ACSF, we use FC 25. One person is responsible for making sure that all decisions that are made through here are reflected in the game. Trades, signings, lineup changes, and tactics. We record daily recaps and games and post them to the Armchair Sports Youtube Channel. All games are simulated. None are played. This is so that we stay true to the vision of creating the most realistic simulation experiences.
Every rule we have is geared towards trying to make this feel as real as possible to the experience of being an Owner, GM, Head Coach, or Scout of a Team. If you want to rebuild your team, you better be prepared to spend a few years of your life actually rebuilding a team. If you want to go all in, you better be prepared to endure a rebuild after that. This league was created to give the fans who love making hypothetical transfers an outlet to really test their abilities against other people and also form a bond with people who have a similar passion.
Hello good people! I am making a football pub quiz cause I love it and I am looking for some fun pub quiz style questions/facts about football in Spain. Any league, cup, player, national team, whatever. Does anyone happen to know a good sub-reddit for this, a page, a file, or anything to help me with this? I already have a lot but it’s getting harder and harder to find fun questions.
Thanks so much!
I want to go and watch Celta Vigo at Estadio de Balaídos, and want to know which part of the stadium the local supporters sit/stand for the best atmosphere. Any ideas?
Like they don’t participate in anything do they?
I was at an Espanyol match yesterday and saw that they have 2 separate supporter/ultra groups next to each other, doing different chants and song at the same time most of the times. Can someone explain it to me?
Hi everyone, I recently had some tryouts with tercera rfef division teams in spain, I didnt get offers for those teams but I did get offered a spot for a semi pro team in Preferente Galicia divsion I believe I think the offer is to be part of the B squad of that team but still train with the A squad. I am not familiar with the Spanish football tiers, but I recall them telling it is about 5th division. So my question is, how good is that division in spain in terms of growth and quality of skill. Is it high level, fast paced? And how does it compare to something like UPSL in USA or League 1 in Canada, which are both semi pro in their respective countries. Thank you!
Does anyone know what shoes de Lafuente was wearing and where I can buy them?
I recreated Spain’s Euro 2024 tactic and tested it at the euros.
Come see the results and get the download links here:
Please comment how you think it looks compared to real life.

I’ll be traveling to Spain in a couple of weeks and noticed that the national team is playing a warmup match for the Euros in Mallorca. We’ll be staying in Barcelona at this time, and wondering if there are flights or some other form of transportation for fans to get to Mallorca and back for the match.
Know there are many flights there, but not sure how many would be coming back to Barcelona after the match?
Appreciate any insights into best way to travel for this match, or what most fans do for matches on the island?
Thanks in advance
He would easily be one of their most talented players. We've seen his incredible stats for Lazio, but why does he always get snubbed for the Spain roster?
By mistake l bought a ticket for the Sevilla derby Real Betis-Sevilla FC d.28/4 9 pm on the betis website. I am interested in selling it.
I’m interested in going to the final of Copa Del Rey Final but I can’t find any information about the tickets release do you know when I will be able to buy tickets or when are they usually available before the final ?
Thanks in advance
I am planning on traveling to Spain from March 19 through the 25th, which falls on the week of the international break. I still would love to experience some of the culture of football in Spain during my time there - which lower league team would you recommend visiting? I would love to see a traditional stadium and a passionate fanbase outside of La Liga and experience some genuine football culture, but not super knowledgeable on Spanish football outside of the top tier. Any recommendations?
Planning to watch two football games while travelling in Spain this March. Bought the UEFA champions league ticket with ease. The other game that I plan to go watch is a Tercera Federación(5th tier of Spanish football) matchup. However, I cannot seem to find an online platform to buy ticket for the match(The team name is CP San Cristóbal) . Therefore, if anyone has gone to matches like this, are there anyway to get those tickets online? Or is buying the ticket directly at the stadium on match day the only option? Thank you.
Hi, I'm trying to find books about the history of football, either originally published or translated into Spanish. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks,
I'm one of the doctors of The Football Tribe, a feature documentary on the rituals surrounding the beautiful game. I'm looking to find out a little more about local Spanish football culture and wondered if anyone would be able to help? I'm looking to speak with a referee, and commentator, in Spain.
