I have few months watching snowskate videos and getting info about it. Last weekend noticed this Ambition premium signature Fisker on sale for 99€ and had to order it. Luckily “third winter” came and yesterday had a chance test it. I don’t have any experience on skateboarding, but I do snowboard. My boyfriend have skateboarded and tested this board with me, so he could give some tips on small tricks. It was challenging, but also fun. Can’t wait to next winter to really learn with this board.
Would be also interested to try bi-deck snowskate, but chances for demo is really slim and bi-decks are so expensive in Europe.
You win some you lose some
Probably last logride of the season. Looking forward to the next.

what would you guys recommend for someone who just looking to mess around and not spend a ton of money *edit I'm poor asf * like $300
Want to try a shuvit off the small drop next, and get a better angle. Trees don't make the best tripods.
How y'all ride a T-bar on a skate? I'm not even a snowboarder but I have to learn this in two days. The lift is steep and icy. Not a good place to fall, as you will get boo'd and sent to the back of the line. TIA
Any cb peeps here? They're throwing a snowskate day this Saturday, March 16th. 11:30am outside Jose. All are welcome, skiers and snowboarders
Today!
I picked up a Hovland Buckshot last year. I don't have a car so I only got two days of riding in, but it was good. Lots of dumping powder on day 1 which was fun. Day 2 was way faster and harder for me to slow down, not as fun. The board felt like it wanted to bomb straight down and then stop, it was tough for me to link turns.
This left me wanting to give the Ram a try. I finally got to ride one for an hour or so at the Ruby Hill snowskate jam a few weeks ago. I felt a lot more confident on it. (It was also a lot easier to carry around.) Do you guys think this was placebo or do the ski's ride significantly different? I figure I should bring the Buckshot to Ruby Hill a couple times and see if I can get my legs before buying a new sub.
