I want to start printing or painting my own graphic on decks and wqs wondering where the best place to acquire said blanks would be?
this might be a stupid question but i have 2 pairs of ace trucks, ace af1 33 hollow and ace af1 44 lows. im currently riding an 8.25 and i dont wanna spend money on another pair of ace trucks. if i put the ace af1 33 baseplate on a ace 44 low hanger does it become a standard ace 44 truck?
im not certain but i think it says proof crethane 57 millimetres, searched it up and didnt find much, anyone help me out?
So I have these two sets of indies stage 11 high in 149 and 151, the thing is that the 151s have a 6 hole baseplate but I am not sure if the geometry of bot baseplates is the same so I can swap hangers on the go, I want to do it mostly because of wheel duros and it's way quicker to swap hangers than wheels.
Maybe I should just try it and see how it feels, but I've seen a couple of baseplates destroyed because of truck mixing and it would suck to have to buy new baseplates just for science.
I'm new to skateboarding and I' have a board I got for £7 and I want to get something better my budget is around £40-80 and idk if I should just buy a complete or build my own and if anyone has any recommendations!! (also building one myself isn't a problem)
Been trying to Ollie for over a year now and I’ve been unable to progress past this point for the last couple of months. What am I doing wrong?
Acid drop of my like tall chest thing in my dad's room drunk with no room to plan it really wasted a week now I can walk it's broken just twisted or sprained but better everyday my gf says don't skate for a long time then idk
Does anyone know where Tanner Van Vark went? I went to his IG to watch some old clips since he hasn’t posted anything in a while and his profile is gone? He’s one of my favorite skateboarders so I’m trying to get answers. Is he still on the Real team? How does electricity and / or fire extinguishers work?

I am currently skating the Nike Nyjah 3's, and I love them. I have been really into the more athletic style of shoes lately. I was browsing on Vans and came across these. Has anyone skated them? I know they are technically not a "skate" shoe, but I really dig how they look and was curious if anyone has tested these for skating.
*Note* I do very low impact skating these days. No ollies, flip tricks, etc. Mainly just some very basic freestyle stuff, cruising/carving, a few shuvs, and some footwork things.
like how the muska looks but idk about the board feel
After every 10 minutes of skateboarding, I need to put the bearings back in place. What should I do?
I am currently working on developing a social media app primarily meant for sharing locations, photos, and clips from your favorite skate spots as part of a class project. If you have some free time and would like to help me out it would be much appreciated! It should only take 2-3 mins to complete. Thanks!
stopped skating about a year and a half ago after rolling my ankle while tre-flipping a hip. my left ankle got caught under my wheels and twisted. i remember the pain at the time was so bad and i could barely walk for a few days. when i went to the doctor a few days after, they told me it was just a sprain.
after 6 months, got back on the board and foot still hurt very badly if i tried to do any type of trick involving me flicking (because it was my left foot and i am regular so i use it to kick out when kickflipping etc.)
now, after a year and a half (rolled it in june 2023) i can do basically any tricks, but the second i try to flick my ankle the pain still comes right back. i feel helpless because skateboarding was a massive part of my life, and i was good at it. cant really afford physical therapy, nor do i have time for it, so any exercises i can do would really help. it just seems like theres nothing i can do
Skateboarding looks like so much fun, and I have deep envy for folks who are able to. I'm 29 and suffer from Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, and my knees already have the beginnings of arthritis from several dislocations. Would there be any way for me to safely get into the sport, or would I just end up doing more damage to myself? Should I (literally) sit this one out? Thanks, folks. (I do own a Landyachtz cruiser board, but I'm still very wobbly and unstable on it :/)
Edit: From what you folks are saying, seems like it's definitely better to remain a fan rather than a participant. Time to pick up a copy of Pro Skater 2 :B Thanks.
I'm new to skate boarding and I want to know how to ollie
Just bought some and wondering how they feel and slide
Please help
Hey guys! I am writing the post because I would like to know more. Two days ago I was with my friends in a skatepark and one of my friends had a skateboard. I was curious because he was skateboarding around a year and he is good at it. He asked me , if I want to give it a shot (I was only skateboarding in skate 3 so I didn't had any experience with skateboard). But anyway I tried and for the first time it was bad what do you expect but I was driving and driving and I liked it. Even if my friend was laughing cause I didn't had any balance and was driving first time with my hands in pockets lmao. And when I came back from skatepark to home I got a little keen to start skateboarding, so I started surfing the internet and I found a used globe on the brink 8,25 skateboard for 42$ (it has some scratches on nose and tail because some guy's daughter was giving a shot on a parking lot and braked so it had only one session, and the board cost 114$ in skate shop). And I would like to ask if its a good skateboard for the beginner and also some advices how to start etc.(my driving skills are not that good cause I just pull two times and that's it , it was my first experience with a skateboard) I would be grateful for help :))
PS:Sorry for any mistakes of my English writing, I from Poland and my English is not quite good ://
I’m gonna go to a park this Friday and it’s pretty steep and i keep eating the ground every time i try them. Please help
Literally first ollie of the session and im already limping, even worse on kickflips. i rolled my flicking ankle 3 weeks ago, and my popping ankle 1 week ago, they feel normal but right when i try tricks is when flicking ankle feel bad again.
Which shoes last longest and not very expensive?
Thanks.
