Not big enough
Hey... so uhm yes....
i started working out at the gym, about 5 months ago.
i did nothing but BW lunges and cardio at start.
1 month ago i started doing full body workout 3x times per week...
i don't want too do HRT(mainly cus idk if i want kids in future)
so i'm kinda concerned, of getting bulky... since us men, tend too have a easier time... to pack on muscle mass.
So yeah.... i guess ehm, anyone out there got some great lower body program that they doo, for hypertrophy?
idk if i should ignore..... training upper body at all or not...
am i worrying too much?
I just need a fat ass so the boys can’t resist!
