Do we know what’s replacing it? My wife heard they were talking about a Costco.
Im a new home owner and I must confess, fallen leaves can be quite the challenge at the beginning of the season for prior apartment dwellers. Rain makes it harder to blow as well. I welcome your suggestions.
My dog and I were walking up SW Copper Terrace at 6:30 A.M., and two coyotes were coming down the hill toward us. I started to reach for my camera, but I decided to get out my OC spray instead. There was no need. They passed on the far side of the road.
They were beautiful as they glided quickly and effortlessly past us. They turned right into Edy Ridge Elementary and we didn't see them again.

Just wanted to see if anyone knows about a very, very broken into house and burnt to a crisp Tacoma in the driveway of said house. There's caution tape around the vehicle, but I can not find anything online in regard to the home. It's right off of Oregon and Brickyard just past the roundabout. I think the house has been unoccupied for some time. Pretty quiet neighborhood, so it's kind of unusual..
I moved up here from Texas a year ago and I've been looking for dnd game to join anyone play or need a player?
I’m just curious.
Hi! I’m helping my SIL and looking for local restaurants, gyms, etc that may be interested in donating coupons/samples/etc for a swag bag that will be given away at a local race. I’m about an hour north so not super familiar with businesses in Sherwood/Tigard. Any ideas come to mind?
Anyone personally know a locksmith available tonight? House lockout
Hi! Moving to Sherwood to an apartment complex. I’m wondering how much utilities will cost on average - specifically electric and gas. It’ll be 1100 square feet. Gas fireplace, gas water heater, electric heating.
Right now we are in Philomath and pay, on average, about $250 a month for water, sewer, garbage, and electric/power (no gas). It’ll go up to $350 a month during a really cold month. It’s never been above $350 tho.
Really concerned about all the stuff I read about PGE. We have Pacific Power and Google tells me the rates are similar but I have my worries they’re not.
Been living in Sherwood for about 14 years now, didn't know this existed. Have a quick question. Does anybody know a good place in town to watch the Aurora Borealis?
I lost my wallet last night at the 7-eleven on Tualatin and 99. It could be literally anywhere in that vicinity as I think I might’ve left it on top of my car. If I don’t find it, I will be completely screwed so if anyone has any information at all please let me know. Thank you.
Just moved in a new home and would appreciate any recommendations for a gardener for a small front lawn.
... Said pay the fine or go to jail...
Well, not really. Just made a nice rhyme, and if you spent any time in the Army you might catch an inside joke.
Regardless, while as a Portlander, I have no problem adding to your city cofers by paying the fine, I'd rather not have it on my record for purposes of insurance rates.
Does anyone in Sherwood have any tips on how to go about getting a diversion or something to have the violation changed to non -moving? I was 11 MPH over.
Thanks.
Anybody know of any rentals? Our lease is up in November and we’d like to have more space.
Must be a house, must have a fenced yard, must be minimum 2 bedrooms.
I'm currently living in Portland and I was going to take my driving test in Beaverton but it was canceled due to a facility issue. I can choose between Sherwood and Hillsboro. Is the Sherwood DMV location a good one?
I am visiting the Portland area soon to check out potential places to live. Sherwood is in a great location for what we’re looking for and I would love to stop in and see the town. Are there things we should specifically do while we’re in Sherwood? things we should know? places we might want to check out instead? The goal is to be within a reasonable commute to Portland, Hillsboro, and McMinnville.
