Any ideas on how i can install a blowoff valve? Litarally feeds right into the intake...
Hi, I was wondering if anyone has wrapped their rzr and taken it semi-regularly out to sand dunes. I have been looking into getting my 900 and 1000 wrapped but I'm worried that the sand might damage the wraps fairly quickly. Any tips would be great. :)
Headed to the dunes next week and one of my axle boots is torn….. how serious of an issue is it?
Hi, I am looking for bang for the buck$. I have been looking at used 2022 4 cyl. I was set on the Dynamix suspension, but the cost is quite a bit in difference. Finding a low mileage Ultra under $48k is rare. I came across a Premium today, for $42k with a $3500 shock retrofit from Summit Racing and a $3k Stereo upgrade, huge amp, lots of speakers, 10" sub woffer. Full street legal kit with fancy lights all over it, blinker mirrors, only 900 miles on it. My question is, would should I wait for an Ultimate with dynamix, of jump on this one?
Hello you lovely people! With such a crazy amount of time gone into trying to work out a solution over the past weeks, I simply can not express how deeply grateful I'd be if anyone can spare a few seconds to offer any wisdom, pointers, ideas or thoughts what-so-ever, it really would mean the world to me.
The vehicle in question is a Polaris RZR Turbo R side-by-side. The unique requirement in need of a solution is the vehicle needs to be stored each night in a transport truck in an area lower than the current roof height (even after maximum modifications.) This is unfortunately an unchangeable fact and therefore the point of this post.
Being an off-road buggy, the suspension is obviously paramount and as such comes with double wishbones, long-reach outbound shocks and coils, etc. I'm not at all hands-on familiar with this setup so have been going around in circles for weeks trying to find a solution to ideally electronically lower the vehicle so that the sump skid-plates are near-touching the ground whilst storing it each night.
There are several height-adjustable options on the market such as airbags but everything I have found involves raising the vehicle rather than lowering it from its factory height. One of the first ideas I had was potentially mounting an airbag alongside the shocks in such a fashion that when the airbags are full, the vehicle sits at the factory ride height so as to fully utilise the stock suspension setup.
To hopefully explain that better... (attach the bottom bracket of the airbag to the vehicle somewhere,) attach the top bracket of the airbag to a custom solid bracket that then runs parallel and is attached to the bottom bracket of the factory shock (with the top bracket of the factory shock attached to the vehicle somewhere.) Please see the included image for a very rough idea:

In theory, this would solve the issue but I'm not mechanically knowledgeable enough to know if the extreme extra strain produced due to the load being transferred, would result in catastrophic failure. So any wisdom related to any of this would be greatly appreciated.
That same idea could possibly be flipped so in such a way that expanding the airbags forces the coil to compress (but suspect it wouldn't be happy stored like this.)
Other options could possibly be some sort of off-road race spec shocks (possibly bypass) that can empty everything out to drop the height down and then refill at the press of a button, but not having much luck on this research front.
Thank you so much in advance and warmest regards,
Binvius
have you guys seen or purchase a kit from Amazon? thoughts in prices?
I have a 2013 rzr 900 xp. The moter has been replaced with a 2014 1000. I need a new header and exhaust. My issue is the 900 chasis does not line up with the mount for the 1000 nds exhaust. Can anyone point me in the right direction for a mount that converts to line up with it. I'm open to getting after market exhaust. Thanks.

So I have a 2009 rzr 800 efi which is pretty much stock. I am looking to take it into deep water. Based of my knowledge, the air intake is at the same level as the engine. I am going to install a snorkel kit but I don't know much about them.
Does someone mind trying to explain to me what I would need to do to make my rzr able to go in deep water?
This is just a preliminary post to get my sale started. I will try to update with anything needed for question.
2010 Polaris RZR-S (factory rear cage extension). It is super low miles/hours (roughly 400 if I recall). It has the fox2.0 suspension, it has like $2k in bracing. The entire front end is plated in 1/2 steel plate. It has rear steel tube inserts in the rear. It has 1/4 square tube bracing in the rockers. It has an aftermarket adjustable seat. It has a set of removable UTV doors that are 1/4 angle cut (for arm level). It currently has a Bose marine 4 speaker system with PA function. Everything else is stock. It is white. It does have some slight fiberglass body cracks, bit nothing major.
Now the bad. I ended up on dialysis about 2 years after buying this and lost my job. I sold everything else already (truck, trailer). It has been sitting since about 2014. It was kept in my carport up until late 2019, where it was moved to an enclosed trailer at a friend's shop(still there).
It has the parts for a dual battery set5, but needs to be finished. It will need complete fluid changes (gas is really old).
Iam looking to get 8k as is. Or 7k, and I will keep the stereo. I am up for reasonable negotiations. I am willing to trade for a 2000/2001 Cherokee (respectable miles, decent condition) of equal value. I would accept cash, or crypto (10% off if you buy with BTC or ETH).

So I'm looking at buying a 2012 polaris rzr 900 xp efi. It looks gorgeous and seems to be in good condition. I have yet to drive it but owner claims it drives perfectly. The engine has 11000 on it though. It's a protech v twin engine, 2 cylinders and 4 strokes. How long do these engines typically last?
My rzr goes through a quart about every 70 miles. What would be causing it to burn oil like this?
What’s the difference between these two years. I have a chance to pick up a new 2019 or a 2020. The 2019 is cheaper but is there anything missing or changed in the 2020 year model other then color scheme
Going to pick up a 2019 rzr s900 black pearl with half windshield winch and polaris roof. It has 470 miles and I am going to get it for $12800. Seems like a good deal but i wasn't sure.
