I want to install clip on handlebars on this beauty. Want suggestions on the following-
Can anybody tell me what handle bar is this
I was riding my dad’s meteor on a highway at 40kmph and it suddenly got pulled towards one side as if someone pushed from the right. Same thing happened with my uncle’s classic 350 while i was riding it. Is this an issue of the bike or me since i am little bit on the bigger size( 6’3, 125 kg)
[Both the bikes have around 25k on the odo]
Last month i completed Kaza-Spiti circuit, a journey of 2600 km. Tackling 650 km in a single day was a milestone, but every kilometer reminded me why I’m passionate about riding and especially about my Royal Enfield Classic 500cc (2017). At 38, I’ve made fitness my priority just because of my heavy machine. I can tell you this is the most uncomfortable bike in rough terrains but this love for the ride, for open skies and endless roads, keeps me going and inspires every mile I travel. Happy Diwali motophiles !
After nearly a decade of unforgettable rides, I’m finally switching to a new motorcycle. Back in 2015, I brought home my Classic 350 Lagoon Blue – a shade that’s seen sunrises, rainstorms, endless highways, and the quietest of trails. That machine was my loyal companion through so many adventures, each one etching memories into its worn-out metal. But as much as I loved it, I started to crave something with a little more punch, a bit more fire.
So here I am, ready to turn the page, hoping this new ride will bring just as many good times, miles of open road, and moments worth remembering. Here’s to fresh journeys and honoring the old ones!
I’ve got a RE Classic 350 and my girlfriend said to me that the passenger seat is kind of uncomfortable, so I’m looking in here is none of you have had that problem and possible solutions are highly appreciated. I love the main seat and love the bike but kinda want her to be comfortable as she is the person I’m with the most.
Thanks!
Wife misplaced the recall notice before i had a chance to read it. Can anybody help who to contact to find what the recall was about?
2021 Continental GT 650
Hey All, I’ve booked an Interceptor Barcelona Blue. Saw a lot of post on reddit complaining their delay in delivery, Just wanted to know from you guys, do they stick to the delivery dates or its intermittent
Can’t wait and we’ve a incoming trip to south circuit in December hoping i’d get the delivery before that
@interceptor #redelivery
Looks nice, but I think it will effect the warranty. Any one who have replaced and what the price.
so, recently my dad bought a meteor. i never rode a bike coz we never had a bike in the house, only a car. i drive my mom's scooty. i asked dad to teach me how to ride a bike and he thinks he can teach me directly on his meteor and it wont be an issue. ive seen 100cc bikes stall without a jerk or lurch (just turn off). will this meteor stall similarly or will it jump forward while stalling? while learning to drive a car i got to know how cars kinda stall with a jerk esp while stalling from a higher gear. i learnt to control the clutch of cars with experience but im not sure if that will immediately translate to motorcycle clutches (mostly it wont). so, shd i be scared of falling off if i stall or will it be fine? this might seem very stupid to all the pro riders here, sorry. and thx
Recently owned it. My first bike ❤️
Is Reise a good brand for the rear tyres? Currently I have the ceat one. Thanks in advance!
This is kinda appreciation post (I'm not boasting, just happy and want to share it). So I refueled my classic 350 to full tank with 8 liters (8.2 precise) two weeks ago with 1321 kms on odo and was indicating reserve (last blinking point on fuel guage with fuel light on) and used it normally for college commute, today it showed fuel light again at 1627 kms on odo. so math (1627-1321)/8 is giving 38.5 kmpl! I've seen my friends hunters and classics giving a maximum of 30 in their entire 2 - 3 years of ownership, just happily shocked to see this lol.
PS: I never exceeded 60 kmph and maintain steady speed of 40-60 kmph band.
Any suggestions for modification for my 2021 model GT650
I own a Hunter 350. Recently I've observed that I am able to change gears without engaging the clutch. Mind you this is not clutchless shifting, even at extremely low RPMs I am able to shift uptil 4th without ever touching the clutch. My friends say that the clutch plate has to be replaced. Advice?
Got this on the 11 of October, did my first long trip ever and that too with this beauty.
Never had any issues in terms of performance. Breaks were great Got around 25-28 kmpl as mileage. (I have been told this increases with time.) As i started the trip after my 1st service at 500km.
Never felt like the bike was strained. On highway i didn’t feel any heating as well.
Although after around 500km mark i did get the check engine lights on so i had to get it checked with RE and they said because i pushed the bike to 140kmph the engine must have gotten some air intake reading which enabled the signal. They cleared the history of this and it was back to normal.
And yes, Now i understand the praises of the stock seat after sitting on it for 12 hours straight. It does need some change or more comfort.😅
But all in all i found this to be a great tourer for me. It definitely was a learning experience on what all to pack and how to plan for a long trip.
I get it now, the biker feels🍻.
Guys my Chrome Bronze Classic is getting scratches on the tank as it's a metallic shade. The scratches are very visible in not understanding what is can do about it. My plan was to put on a tank bag to prevent more scratches. What's your opinion?
we will have better Guerrilla 450 right?
I know this is a stupid question, i also dont know much about bikes that much. just curious since Guerrilla and Himalayan shares same chasi.
