I messed up and I’m wondering if there’s any way to salvage these pieces they’ve been glued on with superglue onto faux leather.
I need some help pls! ive been doing resin for a little over a year turned it into a business last winter. over the summer I was sick very sick, the hospital actually put me in a medical induced coma and told my family to say goodbye (luckily I wasn't ready to die) this past 6-9 months have been OVERWHELMING to say the least. shortly after my discharge home I spent a month in the hospital and 6 additional weeks on IV antibiotics at home, I went to a local car show where friends of my husband had a resin table they told us they were selling it all, mold, epoxy, keychains, glitters, micas, literally everything for $200. Broke af after being hospitalized for a month I bought it. Ive been doing online events making about $100-$150 a pop but it's not enough. what's selling for you? Also do you have any tips or must knows that you'd be willing to pass along. Most of what I learned has been trial and error , I made my first velvet style tray this week. I also do tumblers and graphic for tee shirts and hoodies. thanks!!
Could someone suggest what materials I need to start up doing resin art as a hobby. I would really like to focus on sea resin as I live so close to the coast. Other than moulds, any recommendations on what other things I need/epoxy etc. I'm going to do more research, will b grateful for any ideas at the moment
How do I fix the edges of a tabletop where the resin pulled away? If I add some only on those parts will it create a seam?
Hi im Dante Legión i make resin toys
Hi Everyone,
I am trying to create some resin photo coasters: I use a circular resin mold, place a fitted photo at the bottom (which I affix with some double-sided tape) and then pour resin over the top. The problem I am having is that a little bit of resin will seep underneath the photo, which causes unevenness in some areas.
Any suggestions on how to fix this? Would it make more sense to do the resin pour separately and then glue the photo on to the bottom somehow? Is there a way to do this that won’t create residue or affect the image quality, and will the adhesion be just as strong
made to order from epoxy resin
This is my final product of what was a water base clay sculpture of Ryomen Sukuna made into a urethane resin cast.
With all the time and materials put into this piece I've been told it can go from $600-$1,000 since it's a hand made piece rather than a 3D printed piece since it can be mass produced.
My question is, is this a reasonable price? If not what would you be willing to pay for this piece? Or a more reasonable price
https://a.co/d/33tQArb I’m looking to buy a respirator to use for making small resin crafts. Would this be a good one to buy or are there others in this price range that are better?
