Remote viewing (RV) is the practice of seeking impressions about a distant or unseen target using paranormal means, in particular, extra-sensory perception (ESP) or "sensing with mind".

Remote viewing was popularized in the 1990s, following the declassification of documents related to the Stargate Project, a $20 million research program sponsored by the U.S. Federal Government to determine any potential military application of psychic phenomena.

Getting specific but mixed “signals”

Fourth attempt using RV app, I get fairly specific details of the wrong image or both images.

One I got “flimsy legs. Table? Outdoors. A table in the forest? Orange.” And the wrong image had these flimsy table-like structures covered in oranges outside some kind of Asian temple surrounded by greenery.

Another one I got “Green. Stone. Incense or candle. Dry. Zen?” And the wrong image was a jade elephant incense burner.

The last one I got “Four legged animal. Small. Goat? Dog? Tan fur. Branches. Trees.” And I drew some scraggly tree branches. Well the right image was a sunset behind tree branches and the wrong image was a tan-furred dog peeing on a car tire.”

So what am I doing wrong?

Remote viewing jitters

I was practicing remote viewing almost every day before I got busy and took a break for a few months. I was thinking of starting again but I had an odd dream where I simply saw "STOP REMOTE VIEWING" in big white bolded text. I never had a dream like this before and I admit I still haven't got back into it because it did spook me a little bit.

I know no one can really answer, but what do you think it was - a dream or a warning?

Do you think we can invite anything unwanted when we remote view?

Review of Brett Stuart’s Technical Intuition Course

Hello all, just wanted to provide a quick review of Bretty Stuart’s Technical Intuition Course.

When looking at courses I tried to find information on his specifically because I really liked his book and found it helpful, so I figured the course would be good value as well.

TLDR: did not have much useful information; far less information than in the book; nice videography I guess; basically an overpriced Udemy course

Unfortunately I was quite dismayed with the course, it covered basic things and didn’t have ANY new information after having read his book. It’s broken up into a few chapters with 5-15 minute videos goes over some basic things, but it’s mostly stuff you will find out anyway by reading any RV book or guide.

He also doesn’t seem to be responding to any emails so there’s no support.

Psychic Theory. My own personal theory on how psychic abilities work. DISCLAIMER: THIS DOES GET A LITTLE WACKY

So the theory starts like this, there is a reality outside of spacetime. Think of it as a reality that there is no space or time. And there are no objects in the usual sense. This is where I haven't developed the theory further. The objects are described mathematically. Almost like plato's world of forms. You could also describe the objects as ideas, or information, without a concrete representation in that reality. That reality would essentially be almost like you were going to sleep if you entered it.

So the point of describing this non spacetime theory is to give an explanation as to how something like psychic abilities could be possible from a physics perspective without invoking an existing quantum mechanical theory.

The reason for saying that there is a reality outside of spacetime is to give an explanation as to the non local aspect of psychic abilities without already using existing quantum mechanics. As many critics of parapsychology point out too often we do use non local quantum mechanics as a way of explaining psychic abilities, which critics often point to saying we don't understand quantum mechanics.

What is the evidence of this reality outside of spacetime? The non local nature of psychic abilities is one. This is highly fringe but... if could consider the possibility of psychic teleportation, that would be another. That is less based on what I've seen in real life and more based on videos I've seen on less visited sides of the internet. Here is one of the videos. https://youtu.be/jAUbgpaM8o8?si=sPXE0txwBLtdsLB5

Yes, a video of teleportation could be easily faked, but it's just a personal opinion that it does exist. There is another video of it on the channel. Feel free to criticize the videos you see on that channel and also whether you think something like that could even possible. In my opinion I think it is real especially after seeing videos of levitation and telekinesis, so why not teleportation as well? That's my reasoning.

Reality shifting could be more evidence as well if you believe in that. What some of these shifters describe is them going to a reality just as real as this one, it is not a dream or astral projection. They literally go to alternate realities. In the past it was called quantum jumping but now it's reality shifting. This is another highly contentious topic that people have a tough time believing in, although I think teleportation would be harder to swallow.

And then the last piece of evidence is the amplituhedron and this article, https://www.quantamagazine.org/physicists-reveal-a-quantum-geometry-that-exists-outside-of-space-and-time-20240925/#:~:text=A%20decade%20after%20the%20discovery,picture%20of%20how%20particles%20move.&text=Newfound%20geometrical%20objects%20know%20how,disconnected%20from%20space%20and%20time.

So I do believe there is possibility of a reality outside of spacetime. This theory is highly similar to Donald Hoffmann's theory although I had been thinking about this before I listened to him. The last part of the theory is that everything in spacetime is technically a part of this non spacetime reality. It exists everywhere in the universe because if you were in that non spacetime reality, you could theoretically go anywhere in spacetime, because there is no distance. And that's really the final part, there is no distance or a time passage. So this also allows for time travel or information from the future or past to be here in the present.

The last problem I'm realizing now is how do you get to this non spacetime reality from inside spacetime or how does the mind access this non spacetime? I haven't worked this part of the theory yet and I don't want to make any rash claims, but so far my main idea on how to access, or the reason we can access it, is because spacetime and objects are an illusion. The reason the mind is aware of this illusion is because your mind is reality, it is not separate from it. The fact that it is reality means your mind exists in base reality. Which is the non spacetime in this case. If you were another object you would be able to tell as well. Reality made up of this non spacetime, meaning YOU are made up of this non spacetime, meaning you have all the properties that this non spacetime has. Including the illusion of distance, and time.

So now we've come full circle, your mind is reality because you are in reality, and this reality at it's more fundamental level, is made up of non spacetime. The non spacetime mathematical objects are projected into spacetime, creating an illusion of objects as well as distance and time.

Now the theory still needs work, for example, why does this non spacetime exist? Why can't it just be spacetime? Well one part to that answer is we know non local aspects of reality exist so, if the theory is correct, there has to be something connecting different parts of spacetime non locally. The next question is why is spacetime an illusion? Why does it need to be an illusion? Or why does this non spacetime need to exist? The honest answer to this is to be able to explain non locality. But if it were truly to exist, why does it in the first place? Why can't the universe just be local? I don't have a good answer for this. This has to be the last part to the question to if it does exist or not.

My last idea, which is the answer to this question, is that to allow for anything to exist, it has to be structured this way. Spacetime or objects within it, cannot exist without something creating it first. So it goes back to the ultimate question, why is there something rather than nothing? Can something be created from nothing? The last answer is what I'll leave it off with.

I got real philosophical at the end and the whole theory is not complete, as the equations still need to be developed and some quirks still need to be sorted, but overall, I believe this is a great theory. There's other one's out there but I believe this theory does a great job at explaining the others as well.

There is some evidence that EMFs can disturb psychic abilities so that is worth checking out and developing the theory further but for now, let me know what you guys thought! I put a lot of work into this. This may be too much for some of you, but I wanted this out there so someone could let me know what they thought!

TLDR: Spacetime is an illusion, and we exist in a reality where nothing is disconnected from each other.

Google Earth for RV practice

I just downloaded the Google Earth app and discovered it has the “I’m feeling lucky” feature, which shows you a random location somewhere in the world. I think I’m going to try using this as somewhat of a target pool. It’s nice because you get a few different photos of the location, and some information on it as well. Not sure how truly random it is, but I don’t think it should matter as long as the results aren’t repetitive.

Just posting one example of a potential target to give you guys the feel for it. I think this could be a really good practice resource.

Anybody else tried this? If you have tried or decide to try, feel free to share your results!

Remote Viewing Experiment

Hal Puthoff (sp?) has spoken about an experiment where a group of remote viewers determined on a weekly basis if silver prices would go up or down, and that he invested correctly and made a tidy sum (if I'm recalling all of his story correctly). Aside from it being an interesting experiment, has anyone organized a similar idea on this subreddit?

Can you remote view any type of information?

Hi, I had success with remote viewing images but I am asking myself this question for a long time. Can you remote view any type of information, for example knowledge about Decision Theory or Bayesian Analysis? If yes, how would you remote view complex knowledge about for example Random Set theory even if you have no knowledge whatsoever about it? I had this thought for a long time, if you would put a remote viewer with no knowledge of the Riemann Hypothesis in a completely isolated room and tell him to solve a specific problem you have in mind (in this case the Riemann Hypothesis), would he be able to understand complex Number Theory without ever having heard of it and even solve the Riemann Hypothesis? I mean, there were criminal cases solved by RV-er's but I have never heard of someone who became an expert in a topic simply by getting informations through Remote viewing. I would be very thankful for your thoughts and opinions, thanks :)

Book Recomendations

I just finished Joseph McMoneagle’s book (The Stargate Chronicles.) It was incredibly enlightening and I’m glad that I read it. I came from a highly science-first background, US intelligence community’s involvement has given me confidence in exploring more.

So far, I’ve only explored the topic from the angle of the government’s use and a series of remote viewing training videos from the 90s.

Both have been informative, but I’d love a good book that has a ton of anecdotes of someone’s successes (and misses.) McMoneagle’s book is limited by the nature of his work. It’s all classified. The anecdotes he shared were great, but I’d love to read more by a talented remote viewer outside of the military-industrial yada yada.

Any recomendations? I know of Ingo. Is he my next stop our are there others that might be a better fit?

[beginner] Is it easier to view an already-visited place (vs. an unknown place) ?

As a beginner, I'd like to start viewing something easy. I would think that a place that I have already visited would be easier. Is that so ? In general, what is easier to see for you ? Is viewing an object even easier ?

Was this just a dream or something else ?

This happened a couple of weeks ago, in a dream I was looking at two bottles on a desk, they were black with red labels on them the image was blurry, they were in a room on a metal desk between two boxes, I heard a voice that wasn’t mine in my mind say “ok, now increase the resolution “ at that moment the image of the bottles became crystal clear they had an image of a chemical compound on them. I read the label, some writing I didn’t recognize and the voice said “that’s good, now back” and I felt myself returning to my body and I woke up. In the dream there was a high pitched noise of various frequencies.

Very strange.

Using IAs to train

Anyone using chatgpt or another image generator to train?
i'm asking them to make a random object or place image, then when the image is about to reveal (the center icon begins to fade), i close my eyes and ask myself "what image has just been generated now in the present chatgpt conversation", or you can say also "which image will be generated when i touch this button", etc
it has been helping me a lot to develop.
Also, when i want to try some answer to anything (ex: will the market go up this week?) i first go into chat, try to RV some images and when i feeel "in the mood", i make the question i really want

anyone in the same path?

Zoning out

Have you ever been doing something and then for what ever reason you just zone out. I’m sure it’s happened to most of us. I think when rving trying to zone out will actually help a lot. It clears the mind and leaves it open for information from the target you’re trying to rv. I’ve tried it and had success. So maybe it’ll help some of you guys
