I think the show is basically going to be about Mordecai and Rigby (and probably the others) showing videos of their days at the park to their kids and families, And they'll be adventures we've never seen before and they'll be on tapes like the one pops had in heaven, hence the name.

Does that sound feasible to anyone else?

It's either that or it's going to be like that animal planet TV show called lost tapes. It was about found videos of people getting attacked and killed by cryptids which I'm surprised no one has made more jokes about yet

While I think regular show is one the best cartoons i have seen in a long time I think it’s ending kinda irks me the wrong way while I am happy everyone does get a happy ending bar pops because he sacrificed himself still hurts where I live I feel as though Mordecai’s ending was a total cop out I knew him getting back with Margaret or change was wishful thinking I feel as though his relationship with stef imo is one the most force relationships I have seen because it comes out of nowhere and to me is just wholesale unnecessary to me the show always have the theme of what you want isn’t always what you need and that resonated with me the show came out in 2010 and I was in middle school and watched the show throughout high school and followed it to its conclusion and even though I like the ending to regular show I feel as if Mordecai was cheated out of happy end

If you’re a fan of the show, you should totally buy this! It’s got all the episodes from seasons 1 and 2, audio commentaries for every episode, and more special features. This is probably the perfect time to buy this since the show got removed from HBO, plus you can watch whenever you want

I think JG Quintel comes across as a pompous who thinks his own farts don’t stink.

Now I LOVE the classic seasons of Regular Show, and JG did some great work on the show, but that doesn’t mean I have to appreciate the vibes I get from him.

It’s also worth mentioning I really couldn’t get into his Close Enough show he did years ago, and I’m not surprised it got cancelled. If you liked that show, then more power to you, but to me, it just felt like JG’s version of Family Guy with all the annoying niche pop culture references and such with an unfunny self insert.

But I feel like he takes his work WAY too seriously. For example, when the Airplanes/Shooting Stars Meme got big, Tara Strong (Twilight’s voice actress) and even Roger Craig Smith (Thomas, and other voices in the show) got in on the meme, and not a Peep was heard from JG embracing the meme. He never embraces other memes or the fandom of the show like other people involved in cult favorite cartoons from our childhoods do (Like Alex Hirsch, Tom Kenny, etc).

Idk if he does cons like William Slayers does, but I would feel kinda scared making a joke about Moredcai being a Simp or asking if He’s seen the “You know who Else?!” Or Mordetwi memes cause I feel like he’d choke me or something 💀
