This doesn't really relate to red dwarf, but to this sub Reddit. What are the titles some people have under their usernames? They are all red dwarf related
What is your preferred finale to the novel trilogy, and why?
Anybody else see the article saying that there will be a 3 episode series coming out in 2025? The announcement was originally released in May 2024 with filming to have started in October, 2024.
But fear itself. Apart from pain. And maybe humiliation and obviously death. And failure. But apart from fear, pain and humiliation, failure and the unknown and death we have nothing to fear but fear itself.

S1: Confidence and Paranoia
RIMMER: "If you were a love-celibate like me, you wouldn't have these problems." LISTER: "The only reason you were in with those Love-Celibacy Society prats is because you could never get a date!" RIMMER: "No it wasn't! I just agree that love is a sickness that holds back your career and spends all your money." LISTER: "You never got a date cos your mum bought all your casual clothes!"
Given that you have ample solar panels and something to view them on, and of course all your other basic needs are being met: maybe the island is populated with goats and fruit trees.
A Sinclair ZX81. People said, no, Holly, she's not for you. She's cheap, she's stupid and she wouldn't load, well, not for me anyway

What are yours?
The ship is bloody massive, size of a small city. I've loved this show since i was small, but never watched the series in order. It always felt so small, do you think more could have been explored in his large enviroment?
Thank you to the mods for letting me post.
I'm co-host of a comedy podcast over at r/isawthatyearsago where we re-watch old films and TV shows to see what we think about them now. For our 405th show, we watched the pilot of Red Dwarf and Back to Reality. Most of the time we watch films, so we're returning to something we'd seen once and barely remember.
However with Red Dwarf, I knew that I liked it a lot (and had read all the books), but I couldn't quite recall why. So we ended up with a show that's as much about Red Dwarf as it is about our memory and comedy in general. Thankfully my co-host loved the show too and remembered a lot more than me, so he was able to give me context for the series and characters.
(This is also the show where we read out feedback for our 400th episode, Blade Runner.)
The show takes a few minutes to get going, because I have to get the name of the thing we're watching into a conversation and make it seem natural. As I mentioned offline to Mark Hamill (a previous guest) this was surprisingly difficult when I had to get the phrase 'Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory' into a story.
So, it's a comedy show where two old friends to make each other laugh with digressions and lots of puns and dumb jokes - but also a sincere (and possibly even deep) look at how we feel about the things we used to love.
Here's a link to the podcast on Reddit.
Is bitter said backwards actually how they say it in the episode.currently in an argument about this right now and would like an answer
Lots of questions on funniest episode and series so thought I'd ask what is the funniest gag you've seen? For me its Mr Rat, what a way to end the RD saga 😂
I’ve been trying to imagine how Kochanski’s scenes would play out with this version since she acts way different from Chloe.
One change I feel is that this Kochanski would be more sad than angry of her being separated from her Lister.
Lister (Ernie) & Rimmer (Bert).
Bert and Ernie's relationship has always reminded me of Lister and Rimmer's relationship. Bert is such the Smeg Head.
Who would be? Cat? Kryten? Holly? Kochanski? Captain Hollister?
