I'm super proud of this design. Red Alert
A Giga I designed on OpenRCT using the Hyper Twister model. Using the "allow lift hills on all track pieces" cheat prompt, i was able to give it a steep lift hill, which would be honestly terrifying at 305 feet hahaha. I'm the most proud of getting a medium Nausea rating but a very high excitement and a very high Intensity rating. This is no joke, this coaster is a beast!

RCT Classic iOS- ever getting an update? Still worth it?
The recent announcement of RCT Classic for Nintendo Switch made me want to play. While I do have a switch, I would much prefer to play on my iPhone 13 Pro Max, or maybe even my old iPad.
The iPhone version hasn't been updated in 6 years, and the recent reviews aren't great. I'm hearing about Ui and Sprite scaling problems that haven't been addressed in years.
Is there any chance of them updating this version to fix the issues, or is it just abandoned?
And if there is no fix on the way, is the iOS version still worth playing?

Such nostalgia
Just downloaded on a whim and man, this brings back memories! I also learned i would just loan out as much as I could when I was a a kid. Now I'm actually trying to make a good park. Please do t make fun of my financial numbers!! Im still remembering and leaving everything!! But glad this subreddit exists. Been ki.da depressed lately and this game just keeps my brain away from the bad thoughts 👍

How do you beat these?? I’ve been stuck for weeks. I don’t particularly enjoy building coasters. I need to finish them both to open more Amethyst Group parks. Any tips are greatly appreciated!!!

Help a Clueless Mom!
My 6 year old is obsessed with all things RCT. We introduced the game to him on my very old laptop with the original CD. That laptop is not a practical option for him to play on. We then downloaded the game on his IPAD and he loves that version.
Lately he has been seeing videos of people playing RCT2 on youtube kids and I would love to find a way to get him a way to play for Christmas. When I look on Steam it says that its only compatible with windows XP, which is less than ideal because my old laptop is rough. Anyone know what my options are here? Any help is insanely appreciated. He is very advanced for his age and loves this game so much, I just don't know enough about technology!

Hello everyone, I am looking to buy one of the roller coaster tycoons on Steam and can't decide if I should get roller coaster tycoon too or roller coaster tycoon classic, or maybe even a different one. Any suggestions? I will be playing on computer not mobile if that helps

Can the Complete Edition be made into the Platinum Edition?
I bought the Complete Edition off Steam and as usual it doesn't look that great on a widescreen monitor.
I noticed there's a Platinum Edition as well on Steam that has higher res graphics. From screen shots it does look better, but it's no longer for sale on Steam due to copyright disputes.
So instead of buying it again are there way to 'enable' the high res graphics?
Also, what mods do you all recommend getting?

What group or scenario do "new" rides/attractions stop unlocking?
Every scenario I play until new rides and attractions stop unlocking because I want to see all of the rides and shops the game has to offer. I'm in the Bronze Group now and realized there hasn't been anything I haven't seen before in a long time. Does anyone by chance know if anything new is available in the last few groups? Playing RCT classic mobile!

Guest View
Has there every been any talk of implementing a Guest view where you can ride you own rides, similar to what RCT3 had? Or is that kinda thing too advanced for the code of RCT2? Would be pretty cool.
