After doing extensive research into this I actually found out that they are edible but only if they are roasted.
Raw rambutan seeds can be toxic in large doses due to traces of toxic chemicals such as saponins
I also found a recipe on how to Roast and Ferment Rambutan seeds.

Elections start March 31st so notify the Prime Minister (me) as soon as possible if you plan on running for the office of Senator or Senior. There are eleven open seats for Senior, and twenty one open seats for Senator. Read article two section two of the rambutani constitution to find out more about elections.
The Monarch is to remain a non-political figurehead, whose powers are that of only a head of state, which include, partaking and conducting ceremonial duties. The Monarch must appoint a Prime Minister to pass laws proposed by a democratically elected parliament.
The Monarch is the supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Rambutani Armed Forces. The Monarch appoints Generals to lead assaults on enemy subreddits.
The Monarch's full title is "His Most High Imperial Majesty By the Grace of God, Our Grand Kralie Kuhraliéva Goré, Commander in Chief of the Rambutani Armed Forces, Appointer of the Prime Minister of Parliament, Defender of the Faith."
The Prime Minister is appointed by the Monarch and shall serve how ever long the Monarch pleases. The prime minister is to pass or veto laws proposed by Parliament. If there is a disagreement within Parliament, The Monarch is given Absolute control of the situation. He shall remain a Absolute Monarch, holding all legislative, ceremonial, judicial, and military power for six months after the Parliamentary disagreement.
Parliament consists of Two Houses, The Senate, and The House of Seniors. Senators and Seniors are both elected the same way. A self post proclaiming one's candidacy for a Senate seat or a Senior seat is posted by the candidate. These posts must be posted on March 31st every year. If that post gets more upvotes than downvotes by April 30th, The candidate wins the election.
Each Senator has the power to propose a new law. All of the Senators vote on whether or not to advance this proposed law. If the Proposed Law gets the majority of the vote, the proposed law advances to the House of Seniors. The same process repeats. If the Proposed Law advance to the Prime Minister, he May choose to enact the law or reject it. Each Senator serves a single term of 1 year. Each Senior serves for 2 years.
