What is an upside-down rainbow?
This is an unusual phenomenon caused by sunlight shining through a thin, visible screen of tiny ice crystals high in the sky. It has nothing to do with rain. Some people refer to this as a 'smile rainbow.'

Triple rainbow
I saw this a half hour ago over Tacoma, Washington. A double rainbow with a small segment to the top right of a triple rainbow! I grew up in Hawaii where double rainbow are common but never saw a triple. It was, of course, more impressive in person than in the pics.
